I agree with you on 1-2 i played them both but didnt care much for them.
However 3 or 6 is one of the best games ever made. FF III was a great game before RPG's were ever popular. That game more or less single handedly made me a hardcore RPG fan. Most people on this site probably came of age when VII was released & VII made RPG's cool. I remember for the longest time how weird it was that people were playing RPG's, playing FFIII i felt like such a nerd sicne...
Wow i am honestly shocked it seems like everyones list always has 7 as the top, but my list has always had FFIII or FF 6 whichever you refer to it as is the top Final Fantasy game. I have litteraly sank over a 1000 hours into that game. I have played it 15+ times on SNES & another 10+ on emulators. IMO one of the best games ever made!

Sorry to have to be so negative, but personally i hated the demo. I died way to many times to have the game be considered fun. Maybe if there was more checkpoints & you didnt have to redo the same part of the puzzle so many times until you just memorized it, that isnt fun,
there are so many comments on redisign of the trigger buttons...i dont get it? I like the design personally.
For me the biggest change has to be a new xmb, 1080p/60fps standard. Other than that im pretty much good as long as launch price is $350ish

Im amazed no one is making a huge deal over the target black friday thing. Hell ive been waiting for the xbox to go 25% off for a couple months now. The only downside that isnt mentioned is if freight is free or not. I did a dummy order of one from taget & it was $18+freight. If its free frt im buying it on black friday, if its $18+ frt ill keep waiting since this sale is to me an obvious sign that the consules are going to get a price break soon. HDMI cables seriously are less than $5 with freight included from amazon. Why would anyone care about this? I have seen hdmi cables in big lots for $1.95 the other day. Serisouly people who cares!

Am i the only one who sees this as a middle finger from sony to insomniac for breaking off the exclusivity? I mean sony was going to do this anyways, but they chose to do it on a game that happens to be insomniacs last sony exclusive. I have had gamefly for over a year now. I am a hardcord Single Player Gamer, i dont care much for multiplayer so this route by sony will get them nothing extra from me.
I honestly just see this as something else to bill people for. Come 9th generation not the ps4/xbox720 or whatever but the next generation i belive most games if not all games will be direct download with no physical media which makes the used game market obsolete....unfortunatly for me that also makes game...

So after researching the "Sega Zone" its not a NEW system its one of those pathetic throw together systems with a bunch of old games pre loaded on it. Retail is like $60. Sega just sold there name to someone wanting to relase this crap. Just ignore it people & move on

After i left the 64 for dreamcast i vowed to never go back to nintendo, after leaving dreamcast for ps1 i vowed to never go back to sega (irelavent so far) but if they came out with a system i wouldnt give it a go. Ive since stuck with sony through 3 generations now & will be for a 4th, im going to soon buy a xbox360, so when the 720 & ps4 comes out i will not be interested in a 3rd system.

FF VII made RPG's cool to play, FF III (VI) has stood the test of time as one of the single best games ever made imo!
