To me it looks like they took the xmb from ps3 & infused there new windows 8 look. Kind of a cool idea. But i really want to get to play around with it before i decide if i like it or not

Not trying to give good or bad about either company i dont think these are equal comparisons. I mean nintendo is making up for launching a new console, well sort of & Sony had a part of there system comprimised.
The best way to descrive this game was fun. It wasnt the best gameplay, it wasnt the best graphics, it wasnt the best story, but it really was a lot of fun. I have played a great many games that had great stories & great gameplay but they just werent all that fun. I found myself many times while playing this game thinking man this is a lot of fun.
Interactions with sam were one of the highlights of the game.
well i got it on pre order with gamefly on both systems, i assume screens will be released a few months before relase & ill decide then which system id rather play it on.
while downloading im like an exicted kid getting to play with his new toy. After install....meh!
Am i the only one who was actually thought grapically it was a downgrade? Hang with me i dont mean the surrodings, but the Dark Spawen to me looked so much worse in DA2 than in DAO, playing the demo i remember thinking wow thats pretty bad looking, but hopefully it will get touched up before relase which sad to say it wasnt.
Its a case of sociological physology, i cant remember the exact prhasing but its something along the lines of people who wouldnt normally do something like this feel they are part of a group & therefore anything they do isnt there fault individually but the groups fault. Its an f'd up way of thingking but its a well documented thing.
On a side note reading the title my first thought was, so this is how sony is going to force direct download for all games next gen, sad...

Dead space was it for me, that game serisouly freaked me out. I was playing mass effect 1 & stopped to play dead space, going back to mass effect i was bored out of my mind. lol But after a week or so im back rolling with mass effect.

@Aquamala while yes that is true, i would just assume people would use it as a mobile gaming option as well, hence the battery problem. Smart phones now just using for internet & phone barely last 5 hours, imagine powering a gaming consle. Not to mention phones have problems now if you use them while plugged in the plug can be dammaged, i imagein a console game phone would be moved around constaltny especially if being used for mobile & not connected to a controller

The day a smart phone can handle HDMI output at 1080p 60fps with blutooh conection of my headset for phone calls (it s a phone afterall) & blutooth for a physical controller I wont be using touchscreen on my phone for a 5 hour gaming sesion of Mass Effect or other RPG game let alone FPS. Once 3d becomes glassesless i dont see it catching on to the masses. Pricing is comming down on 3d however prices will shot up even hiegher than before once it becomes 3d without glasses.
