That sucks that the wii she bought for her kids didnt come with an off botton. Damn nintendo is skimping more & more lately!
ive had gamefly for over a year now. Just look up online about how to use the sytem corectly. I have gotten 20+ new release games on realease day from gamefly, just learn to play there system right & its great. I personally love the service. One day service from me to them & one day service from them to me. If you are gonig to get it though get the two game plan or else it isnt worth it.
I actually enjoyed the force unleashed, the force unleashed II serisouly sucked ass though.
Oh i completly understand that im not saying its bad on the developers like i said in understand why they dont do it. I was just stating the simple fact that if given the chance to play the game on the ps3 & there are no trophies or play it on the 360 with achievments im going to go the route where i get something for playing it. Now granted Resistance is an exclusive & the point is moot but im talking in general
Im in the rare group thank loved resitance 1 but wasnt as much a fan of 2.
My gripe with 2 was **spoiler**
when in 1 you litterally spent an entire level in a plant showing you how the chimera were manufactured, it was like an hour long trip explaning how things were done & in the second one they wrote off that whole concept with once sentince from a NPC "remember when they were grown in labs" as showing now they are grown in pods.

While I agree with everyone on it not being posible. Better than lifelike is posible in the sense that if you live here in southern california where there is really really shitty smog in the air which can distort the way things look at far distances or even just in general. In that regard you can not add the smog to areas. Los Angeles recreted would look a lot nicer if you took all the smog away, so yea you could look better than real life :)
It seems like such a simple thing really to add trophies. I have 15 games i want to play on the ps3 (mult plat games) that do not have trophies but they have achievements on the 360 so im going to play them on the 360. True you dont need trophies or achivements for games but it feels rewarding.
I understnad the reasoning from devolopers though since most of these games that dont have trophies are going to sell used so the developer dosent see any money from them.
Yet with all these "mistakes" when the wii U comes out it will sell like crazy. i for one will not buy one but for some reason people are stupid enough to just buy things regardless of what it is.
There are so many conflicintg ideas of what the next gen is going to be/offer that honestly who knows what we are going to get & at what price point. I for one just know i am not looking forward to another $500+ consle any time soon. Ive already sunk over $1000 into this generation from both systems, games, aceesories & what not. Damn when you add it up I spent alot of damn money on gaming. Then throw in the fact i bought a big screen mostly for games the price more than doubles!
I like changing things up & wastn a real fan of the direction they went with 13, but in all honesty i wouldnt have disliked it as much just with the simple addition of towns. I was seriously excited in 13 when you get to the town on pulse I thought oh thank god finally an actual town...& then was utterly disapointed to find out it was just another place for fighting in the game. I personally like the cutscenes & dont care for them being taken out, but again i like changing things ...
I mean was the whole industry saying the wii remote was a huge improvement over what ps2 had back then? In other words is this history repeating itself?
i cant remember back that far, was the whole industry making the same claims when the wii original came out?

Seems like businesses follow the practice of our customers are to stupid to know what they want lets tell/show them what they want.
i played with the 3ds for 10 minutes in best buy last week & the damn thing made my eyes hurt & gave me a headace. Maybe thats why the things arent selling you think?

while it is possible for that to happen with how technology progresses. I think by that point gaming will all be done as a cloud based system like onlive & whos to say we will even be using phones at that point?
Since we are throwing out what if's by that time we might have a chip implanted into you that you can comunicate with other without the need of a phone.
What drove me away from nintendo was there refusal to go to realistic looking & insitant to stick with cartoonish characters.
I dont get all this love for shadows of the dammed, i keep seeig so many people praise it but serisouly i thought the game sucked pretty bad. Seems like every couple days there is an article saying give this game a try, so i did & i regret it!
