i was in a gamestop earlier this year, some guy bought a "new game" when they handed it to him he said "wth its not even shrink wrapped or sealed" she took the game in the backroom shrink wrapped it & told him "here you go now its new again"
you dont have to now, the same thing was said about dlc & if you want to play multiplayer games for the most part now yes you do have to buy them.
It better be better at streaming games than the ps tv. If I can stream xbox one fps to my pc on the same network the ps4 better be able to do the same!
This is comming from a gamer who isnt biased towards any one system I have PS4, Xbox One, PC.
got one last year for Christmas, ive tested it out with a bunch of games the day i got it, realized the input lag is so bad it can only work for a handful of games, have only used it on one occasion after that almost 1 year later.
Any game that requires timing of any kind this cant be used which yea that is around 95% or so. This would be great for JRPGs
have they fixed the frame drops on pc with this patch?

as someone who is as unbiased as it can get at this point i have pc, ps4, & xbox one i can assure you xbox one is bringing up the rear unquestionably!
i get that this article is about consoles but man it amazes me that Fallout 4 & MGS V TPP both games use so little in cpu/gpu department. ACU, Witcher 3 & so on use for me (GTX970, I5 3570k) 100% gpu power & around 85% cpu, but Fallout 4 is 35-40% for cpu & only 65-70% gpu, numbers are about the same with TPP.
ive played all the bethesda games going back to oblivion those were all on consoles, this im playing on pc & i can say its the best at release game (bugs wise) that i have seen them have. I remember NV my god i couldn't get more than 10 minutes without doing a hard reset on my ps3 back in the day!
playing pc last night when i was going into the vault my frames droped to 0.00 but it was just a glitch & i had to restart the game other than that im rocking 58-60 pretty much constantly. I was worried about this game being demanding but hell compared to the Black Ops III debacle on pc FO4 is runnin great!
i have the exact same setup & i thought it was playable i was sitting mid 50's fps & yea the slowdows on getting into the batmobile were noticable but it wasnt chugging in the teens or anything.
i downloaded this last night but havent got to play it yet, does this include new areas or just new places to find on the same maps?
The real fucked up thing is the paid option for expanding your base, they make the shit 4 hours or so just to piss you off. Seriously i just loaded up a trainer on pc to instant those. Seriously fuck paying for that!

i would add the damn checkpoint system, last night i cleared out a very large base hadnt been seen at all took me well over a 1/2 hour to do proper sneaking around, once the base was clear i ran around collecting resources & what not only to accidentally run off the side of a roof to fall to my death & no save nothing i had to get rid of all the guys again i was so pissed i said fuck it & just killed everybody instead of sneaking & extracting everyone. oh for sure im in no way saying this gen is bad its been pretty good, im just saying the wow moments are not there. Running lots of games side by side on my ps4 & pc the pc just look so much better. As a lifelong console only guy i used to say the same thing apparently all the downvotes are that they are the same they are close but games give me the wow look on the pc where they didnt so much on my ps4 or xbox one.
Last gen i was playstation only the psn outage led me to xbox. This gen i went with ps4 out the gate launch day & my son got xbox one...the serious lack of anything really WOWing me this gen has led me to PC gaming, & after building a gaming PC i cant imagine going back to consoles 1080p or higher 60fps is just the way to go for everything!
as a guy who regrets both his PS Move & PS TV purchase...ill definatly hold off on this one i think for now. The idea has me super stoked but im just not sold on it yet!
