Depending on what LiveTV offers, the verdict is out. That said, XBL doesn't offer anything I feel you should have to pay to access the app. ESPN 2.0 does look fantastic, but for people who don't have an ISP supporting it, you can't use it. I don't think you should pay to auto-sync trophies either btw.
PS3 didn't get Conviction simply because it was paid for by Microsoft. And good. That game had an easy button was beat in a weekend.
I don't recall them ever saying it was exclusive. They announced ZoE, MGS and SH together and in all mentions, I thought, the 360 was listed. Oh well, this is to be expected. How many 3rd party exclusives are there nowadays?

$249 US is a great price. $50 more than the cheapest 360 SKU and has bluray, free blah blah. Great price.
If you have no problem paying for Live, you should have no problem paying for PS+ if you choose to. At least you can still game with friends without it.

They definitely put some work into it, but the switch from original to remake just seems like a skin toggle. I'm sure there's more to it, but that's what it looks like to me.

Makes sense. MS has to add value to XBL and iPlayer is such a thing. BBC want in the hands (or homes) of as many people as possible, without a fee. Either BBC becomes okay with it being for Gold members only or MS becomes fine with it being free. Seeing how you can't send a text message without being Gold, I don't see them changing things up anytime soon.
