i thought the first one was ground breaking. it was fun for the sake of having fun. realism/simulation went out the window. then all the 3D came in and driving physics etc etc kind of took away from the game i feel. they were fun to play but i still prefer that top down retro look.
damn ive been gaming forever.
i actually played all the games in the "then" pics when they released right up until "now" pics.
aaahhh that need for speed brings back a ton of memories.
you think thats a bad idea, i guess you content with paying full price for an update pack thats actually called FIFA14, FIFA15, FIFA16 etc.
coz thats all it is. you admit that they don't change much, so basically you admitting that they essentially selling you an update pack in full retail packaging. i knew there were fools that bought EA trickery, just never thought id converse with one.
but you right, EA didn't become one of the biggest gaming companies be...
CG movie with david hayter as the voice.
that way we don't have a talented actor trying to do a voice which is going to seem forced.
congrats on missing the point.
im saying they should make
fifa 14 then instead of FIFA 15, 16,17, make an update packs. and make so that the logos and loading screens front end changes to show FIFA 15, 16, 17. then make FIFA 18 with a ton load of new features.
then update packs for 19,20,21. then FIFA 22.
simply
FIFA 14 = all new features etc
FIFA 15 = FIFA 14 update 1
FIFA 16 = FIFA 14 update 2
FIFA 17 = FIFA 14 up...
does anyone know if EA plan to release an update pack after the january transfer window?
come to think of it, why don't they release update packs instead of whole new games every year. lets face it, gameplay doesn't change much. maybe every 3-4 years something new is introduced. so until then why not just sell update packs as DLC.
in the meantime they can get 5-6 new features introduced in a new game that would actually make the $60 price tag worth it.

Some of us were playing pc games long before COD4 came along.
we were games when unreal tournament 99 was the HALO/COD of its day.
even before that we played games when need for speed looked like this
http://www.pcgameshardware....
when 4MB of video memory allowed you to run games on high settings...
i see this site cant see jokes when they made.
damn its sad. gamers nowadays are waaaayyyyy too serious.
but yeah, $600 is a bit steep. im surprised gaming is gone this expensive.
back in the day a top of the range rig could be bought for $600, graphics card included.
but hey, happy gaming bro. enjoy.
wtf?!!
$600 for a graphics card.
zim dollars?
hmmm then to think Lair, Too Human and HAZE are all "AAA" games.
since when has AAA become a budget size and not a game rating?
what you meant to say is you hope DriveClub is not the Crysis of driving games.
@letros
amd actually improved their tech. thats why sony and microsoft went with that over nvidia.
i never said they should limit their tech. show me where i said that.
@hellvaguy
"You just contradicted yourself. If you aren't interest in graphics, then why are you getting next gen? "
do you want me to keep playing games i clocked over and over and over again? even when nobody else is playing online?
ar...
wow all of that and yet people who buy the next gen consoles will get to play the exact same games smoothly.
<yes i know it wont be in ultra super high Definition but il get to play multiplats and console exclusives. the trade off is worth it. i dont know about you guys but i play games not graphics>
does that mean he's only allowed to look forward to MGS titles?
by your nick, i suppose you only waiting for a next ninja gaiden game to come out.
this site isn't what it used to be.
if everyone can agree that this was a b!tch move by kojima and that they all want hayter back in the game then just don't buy the game. simple. low sales will send a very strong message that kojima messed up and he will know exactly why. who knows, he might make a directors cut and get hayter back on board.
we all know what happened when she thought she was too good for that.
square how about finishing one game at a time.
from the disagrees i got in the previous article i commented on, id say you have people still crossing fingers and toes they live to see the day FFvXIII released.
you mean blindly loyal fans. aka sheep.
personally i think it looks cool.
i wouldn't mind having a box like that sitting next to my launch model 60GB PS3.
but i will be getting the PS4 over the XONE.
