naughty dog always squeezed as much out of their hardware as possible. uncharted 2 was supposedly maxxing out the ps3, comes uncharted 3, better visuals, maxxing out the ps. then comes the last of us, better visuals, maxxing out the ps3. they didnt say the hardware has its limits after making their first game on the console...

so you telling me you cant wait one week for both to come out before making a decision where to spend your money? that just sounds like being a dumb consumer because if thats the case, what if you buy a game coz its first, but the one that comes out second is better. would you not feel like you wasted your money and that you made a bad choice?

if they released it after COD and it was good, im sure it would still sell plenty on both platforms.
what makes them think that because its out first, people will buy it. what if gamers thought "hmmm, il wait till COD releases, see what both reviews are like before choosing one coz i cant get both". releasing first doesn't mean you guaranteed to sell more.
the graphical jump between these games is weak.
for next gen game im sure we were all expecting more.
why not keep both consoles plugged up to the tv then.

worst ever ending to a HALO game.
talk about getting screwed over. It ends so quickly. I think they were going for a badass moment but for me it didn't work. please note, im not saying its the worst ending to a video game in the history of video games, im comparing it to other halo endings.

well it works both ways.
a rushed game will always be broken but sometimes having the "we release it when its done" approach could end up like duke nukem forever and too human.
you need some time frame however even if you reach a due date with a 98% completed game, taking 3-4 months to finish the other 2% is excusable.

what newmonday means is that there are people like me who will choose the PS4 at launch but later down the line when the XBone price drops, il buy one to play whatever games are exclusive.
not everyone only buys one console an entire generation and then runs their mouth off to justify their purchase over the other.

i buy consoles which are more suited to my needs.
i had a playstation 2 for the games, but a modded original xbox for the media center. the games had slightly better graphics too.
i bought a PS3 coz it had blu-ray, more variety of games. free online. i recently bought a X360 on the cheap to catch up with games like Halo and Gears of war
so yeah, il be buying a PS4 coz so far it seems like the better console hardware wise and will still have that same variety of games ...
oh yes, i cant wait to download 25GB games with my 100kbps internet. oh yeah bring on a full digital console. il be buying 1 game every 6 months. business will be booming outside NA where everyone has blisteringly fast internet.

so i take it your ps3 is the trimmed down version without PS2 backwards compatibility, card reader, 4 USB ports.
im still rocking a 60GB launch model and have no issues. as far as im concerned, i got the playstation sony wanted to make, not the one they had to make.
