hoping these releases on better hardware would remedy the terrible framerate from the Switch version.
I think in this case, like most, that the truth is in the gray area here. Naka has an advantage being an individual as a single person fighting a corporation will likely gain him a lot of support from the public. However Naka has a history of being "difficult to work with" and despite my respect for him and his games, the truth is he has not made a really good game in a long time. Rodea sky soldier was a turd as well...so I'm not inclined to believe this was all S-E's fault....
Why Capcom fails to understand this is beyond me. The RE fan base is so fragmented at times but the core of it I believe vastly prefer the original games. There is just something about their pacing, tone, setting and story telling that create such a great balance gameplay wise. The new games just don't match that, the devs are out of touch and at times it feels like they are chasing horror game trends rather then setting them. Its still such a shame that REmake 3 ended up with so much cut...
lol down votes from the angry Switch only crowd. Its a fact the game runs poorly on Switch
They're saying its temporary and it damn well better be. I stack my regular PS+ when retailers discount the keys, so I'd be really pissed if they stop letting players do that.
They made an excellent game that garnered tons of hype and actually lived up to it. All while sticking to their core promises to their fanbase. It really is that simple, other teams and companies need to pay attention
hopefully none of them are for mobile junk
console war fanboy nonsense aside, I don't see how 2022 and 2023 even register for Xbox. Yes the consoles have had an uptick in sales mostly because MS can source parts easier now and get them out, its not like no one wants them, but when they can remain in stock for 72 hours+ even with the current market, demand is reaching its peak. All that said, consumer mind share still belongs to PS5. The console still generates lines at stores, scalpers are still able to fleece people to get them a...
Still really enjoy this game, no its not perfect but I can think of bigger budget games that I have had A LOT less fun with then playing this. People should give it a shot
main character literally looks like some eTHOT complete with the problem girls with tats in strange places. With tag lines like "a game that tests your boarder politics" the cringe. Has no one figured out by now that stupid liberal politics 1. do not make good stories or 2. that people don not want to be brow beaten with some stupid message? FFS
So many down votes yeesh. You're wrong about the second part lol MS did not pay to nerf PS5 output. Microsoft's parts are just easier to source. Take look at a tear down of both you'll see MS uses a more traditional architecture especially with the SSD and Motherboard. Also we don't know sales break down of S vs X, with the S being even lower architecture its much easier to make that chip. Where you're dead on it is the lack of games, MS has next to nothing going on for th...
disagree, yes DemonSouls looks fantastic but I still don't think its art and style match Elden Ring. Also Elden Ring is so much a Berserk love letter it gets more points just for that in my book
Yeah exactly. its last release was Vita, crazy that this got a remaster before that
Im sure Infinite sold well but its just about pissed away the good will around it. its on fire sale regularly and GameStop won't take trade ins anymore. Not sure what that really says about the series. Infinite was good and I liked it while playing but as time has wore on since finishing it I just don't think it hold up well
Heavily disagree. Sony's console designs always struck me as very modern for their time, well since PS2 anyway. Ironically they look like a lot of different buildings.
the series has reached a point where its creatively stale. Change too much and you alienate half the audience, change too little and you miss new gamers. IMO infinite got both wrong. The things they changed were all stupid and trend chasing while they left the campaign stuff as an afterthought. Hell why else would the discs ship with only the multiplayer on them. Halo's simplicity and tight mechanical gameplay were what made it great. Not "me too" mechanics and zoomer twitch lor...
Pretty weak options here, likely won't add any of these to my library.
Really glad to see these games charting. Especially Ghostwire with it being a current gen only game and a new IP. This new Kirby is a lot of fun and a good departure from the norm (while still playing it safe).
I don't know what the sales info looked like for any of the platforms but I really think this has more to do with Nintendo greasing some palms and the game being an easy fit for the systems demographic. It will end up on the other consoles and PC likely with higher resolution assets and better frame rate and loading
Well thats good to know. I have no plans to support the new premium tiers of PS+. So long as it doesn't effect the base program then thats fine.
