I think a guy with such so-called credentials is this guy has should have had something more "specific" to say if he's going to make that claim. Making a generalized statement like

This guy knew the certification standards going into the deal with Microsoft. If he didn't agree with them, there perhaps he should have taken that up with MS prior to signing the deal. If they couldn't come to an agreement he could have taken his wares elsewhere. But, being that he did sign the agreement he really needs to just shut up and start collecting his money.

You have probably already played the XBL demo of this game and made your decision based on your actual play (As I did). So who gives a sh!t what a bunch of paid off corn fed game reviewers thinks about the game if you like it. Too many people worry about what other people think aka, the birthplace of the "FANBOY".

Easy dude, it's a make believe weapons, who knows what the real size of it is. Perhaps the characters in gears are really small guys and the camera zoomed in makes them look bigger that they really are..(\end Sarcasm)

Some things are implemented based on a time table, sometimes things are produced and then release or implemented when it feels right. Kinda like holding back the release of a game because a more dominate game is release within the same window. Even though your game is done, the time just isn't right to release it.
You both make good points. I also feel I'd rather keep the game and even perhaps trade it with a friend who hasn't played it yet and perhaps he has a game that I haven't played yet. But somehow, it just stings too much to let gamestop have it for a steal.

But, you must admit, when you trade in your games, they do give you as close to $0 and they possible can. I just call gamestop and asked them what the trade in value for MSG4 is and they told me 25 dollars store credit or 20 dollars cash. Yet, the used version cost 54.95.
This would equate to about a 175% markup on your trade-in. PATHETIC!
