I see that you have played Too Human. Honestly what do you think of it and how would you rate it?
Back on topic - I wonder if they are going to sell the 60 gig drive separately and if they are going to reduce the price of the 120 gig drive.
That was some pretty tense action, hadn't thought much about this game at all until seeing this video. Definitely will be looking to get this one. Nice pace, lots of action. dat's what um talkin bout!
Perhaps MS made it a platinum hit and added the DLC to entice more people to buy the title. Early adapters also got to enjoy the DLC early. Just like anything else, early adapters of the PS3 got to pay 100.00 more. Did Sony rip off it's early adopters? Hell No. When you want to be on the leading edge, you tend to pay more for it than those who wait, it's the cost of doing business.
This article is whack!
Would you pay $50,000 for a $30,000 car? Well if you add the cost of gas for the number of years that you plan on having that car then you that's probably what you're gonna be paying for it.
The difference in the analogies being, you don't need online to enjoy a 360, but you will need gas. So I guess it's just a matter on how you look at it huh?
Perhaps, I don't need to upgrade from 60 to 120 gig, perhaps, Perhaps I don't need wi-fi because I have a wired connection. You can't run a true comparison by adding hypothetical scenarios to it.
Bottom line, I want a gaming machine, I have a certain amount of money in my wallet. If I buy the 360 I get the gaming I want, and I pull less money out of my wallet. This is how people think. And the choose the 360 based on the options that they want whether it be arcade, prem, or...
The thought of the 360 doing well in Japan really has a lot of you folks up in arms. Why is that? If the 360 does well in Japan, this could only be a good thing no matter how you look at it. Except of course if you're so caught up in your mindless ways that you'd rather see the 360 destroyed in all territories regardless to what it does to the gaming world as a whole. Just so you can claim the PS3 won the console war. Then what? Now that that's over what's next?
I guess if...
I hear what you are saying but, who determines what excellence is, the buyer or 50 reviewers with different opinions the mostly talk about things and lower their scores base on things that you don't care about such as framerate drop during cut scenes.
Would you rather spend 60 bucks based on reading good reviews just to find out that you don't like it, or 5 bucks for a rental which saved you 55 bucks because you found out that you don't like it.
I'll spend the 5 ...
What's that link to? MSG4 the cut-scene on dvd collection? /end sarcasm
You know people can try and put halo down all they'd like. Halo is a proven franchise and has the sells to support it. Additionally, 90% of the people bashing halo3 are PS3 fans most of which have never played it.
Also bomb, you play GTA for 5 minutes and managed to notice that it had Piss poor graphics, disappointing story/ending (wow in 5 minutes) smaller map area than San Andreas, etc....
OH! So inorder for something to flop, it first has to be hyped. Oh, I get it now. I was wondering how most people on this site determined a flop. What a scientific approach. Totally failsafe.
Some people can't formulate an opinion, they rely on others to tell them what path to take. These people are know as eternal followers, you would be surprise how many people like this exist. Some don't even know they have this personality flaw.
I use reviews as a guideline to tell me about the game, but as for judging whether or not I would like it, I usually play a demo or rent it to make my own decision.
Sometimes game reviewers get to caught up in technica...
"Well if you see the graphics. They weren't impressive and really dull
so yeah the score fits well. "
First off the graphics really are that bad, second you don't judge a game by graphics alone. I'm not saying that that's what IGN did, but it's obviously how you judge games.
take it easy hellbringer, they're just having some fun with it. I really don't think anyone is truly taking this all that seriously.
This kid is playing a video game (regardless to what game it is) when he should be preparing to take his first class. "Gaming Consoles 101". This way he'll know why he's having so much trouble controlling snake.
"The momentum that's been kicking 360's Ass world-wide for 90% of this year? "
Yet, even with this so-call momentum the 360 still leads world wide by 5 mil consoles.
Oh, but you already knew that right?
"i fell asleep playing too human demo,"
It's lame garbage comments like that that destroys your entire statement. How the hell did you "FALL ASLEEP" play Too Human, unless you were already SUPER exhausted (For which you can't blame the game), or you're a crack head or something, I really don't understand how you can fall asleep playing a game where you are constantly battling and mashing buttons.
If this is true, perhaps you should see a docto...
Just simply being an exclusive isn't good enough (i.e. Too Human) The exclusive also must be a system selling exclusive to really have an impact as an exclusive.
So instead of blindly counting exclusives, you should be counting A - AAA exclusives.
Is the the original BC 80gig you're talking about or the 40 gig version with a hard drive upgrade.
Quite amazing how people can see things in a good light when they are a believer. I don't see it as a reward. I see it as, "thanks for your 60 bucks for the unfinished game. However, we are fixing it now so instead of playing it right away, *cough* well, you will have to wait 30 minutes or so for the patch to finish before you can play. Have a nice day.
P.S. thanks again for the cash.
Now that was just dumb and irresponsible.
