Of course these guys believe every stupid thing they are told by MS, like the cloud being the total awesomesauce. Fuck that, so far the haven't proven apart from offering dedicated servers and yet they believe it?! Funny... Do they even look at specs and fully test it?! No, because it has the be cool and has some cool features that are more theoratical and sound futuristic. Idgaf about GQ, no one should, gamers don't like them and I would not call them renown. GQ is more about lifesty...
Anyone here surprised that the story goes live now?! So shortly before the consoles release MS pays EA for the first game to always be 'exclusive' and probably tells EA to kindly find a way to inform the public so that people will buy an Xbox One. Well, if that ain't a typical MS move and the moneywhore EA is happy as well.
Anyway, it's nice to see that at least the Respawn guys aren't too happy. I guess for a multiplatform developer it's a lot better ...
More info to follow... I mean yeah, when to be there, how to get there, what you'll need, the typical NDA stuff and so on. I don't really think the last sentence is hinting at some big announcement. But hopefully I'm wrong.
Anyway, I'm sure the event will be cool and we'll see some interesting stuff from there if the press is allowed to show it.
So they say that it does not matter in the article, which is quite stupid in my opinion. It may not be that much of a difference at this point and a lot of people won't really pay attention, but there is a huge difference. You could theoretically ask the same question to people hoe buy Blu-Rays and not DVD's o(which I know is more extreme) or watch videos on YouTube in 1080p instead of 720p or to those people who upgrade their graphics cards on a constant basis or those who prefer PC ...
So tell me, when did you stop enjoying games? I feel sorry for you, I really do.
O, it's good they did not do that, but in the picture Sony is drawing of other developers, where exactly do the second screen elements come from then, or did they not ask Ubisoft and other tripple A publishers or did they want their own apps and not be forced to use the DS4? It's kind of a weird statement, especially when looking at games like CoD or Watch_Dogs, etc..
I did that in God of War for the Challenge of the Gods, because you couldn't not save in between and the last one was a pain in the ass and after 1 hour of trying and failing I preferred playing soccer with my friends and tried it when I got up the next day... And I did it eventually :D
Just LOL. This is totally ridiculous and hypocrisy at it's best. They aren't real animals and there are way more important animals to protect than digital dogs or even dogs in general... This is stupid.
That's funny and everyone who gets his PC infected deserves it, not just for pirating, which is bad enough, but also for being f**king stupid.
Yeah, when you consider doing it, do it on the first day, because from that point on you'll start to put data (games, etc.) on the HDD that you'd have to transfer to the new HDD then (and I'm pretty sure we don't know how that'll work, probably like the PS3, even though I hope the PS4 will suport NTFS drives), so setting it up with a new HDD is smart and I might do that as well.
I was laughing my ass of when I read the comments that some users made. It's hilarious. The thing with the PS4 being 'packed with dreams' or someone requesting more Kinect games or calling the Xbox 'compact'. That was awesome, the user comments are way better than the actual article.
It's ok and actually good. Just because you technically can put more in there you do not have to. The game was and will probably always be designed for 12-18 players with relatively 'small' maps and fast gameplay, that's what CoD is about.
The games, yes. and not just for the launch or launch window, but way beyond that. If the 360 has taught us anything, then that MS might eventually give up on good and/or new IP's some time after the launch while Sony keeps supporting their platform with great and new titles and I guess that's what a lot of people are expecting to be the same this next gen. MS does mainly rely on 3rd party games and exclusive deals (like CoD DLC or even games) to sell units and focus on other stuff wh...
I guess all that (most, pretty certain almost all) people want is to get the PS4 at the that that Watch_Dogs was supposed to launch, so yeha, Sony has to find a way to give these people their PS4. They have to give retailers extra units and the retailer has to inform every customer if he/she wants another bundle or a stand-alone console. They should get it done, even if that would mean that they have to use some of the units they were saving for retail.
The statement is 'interesting', but I guess the real reason is AC4. These games, even though the have their differences and are two different IP's might look very similar and they release within a short time from each other and they are both published and developed by Ubisoft, even developed in the same studio (by different teams). They are also both 3rd person action games with a heavy focus on parkour and stealth and using different approaches to finish a mission.
He did attack Edinburgh in Scotland when he was showing Civilization for the first time... that is where Rockstar North is located. That's got to be a conspiracy for sure. Someone has an agenda. /s
And that's how you get yourself a free PS$ :d
But seriously, the was a misunderstanding and they kind of overreacted, but I think that they are not to really blame here. It was a misunderstanding and they realized it and made up for what they have done. That's all and it's ok.
MURICA, home of hypocrisy.
Yeah well, because that's the major label that he's singed to, but (almost) every artist is singed to a label (from indie to major), but that does not mean that the label get's paid. The get a certain percentage, but not everything and if the artist holds the rights to the recordings he can still choose if and for what price someone can use it, and the label does all the paperwork and licensing.
But if you are correct and Sony did make a mistake and allowed R* to ...
My thought as well, when I read the story, It would just tie in with what the game appears to be and it's setting and the factions etc. etc.. Well, let's see.
Could be a viral thing or some kind of promotional website or a little browser game to get people into the order, like Ubisoft does it with AC very often. Who knows.
