Kojima does really miss the point here. People or not upset because he said that he wanted the characters to be more sexy or erotic or whatever, they are upset because of his freaking character model that clearly describes what he was aiming for. And it is really really sad that the only thing people are talking about and that Kojima puts out about a game that will probably be amazing is something like that. The way the character is show is imho not cool and totally sexist and everyone who co...
This is just part of the bigger picture, but it brilliantly demonstrates that gaming is not a the core of the Xbox One, but only and additional feature.
I see we have something in common there :D
Idk why, but playing with just one controller created a very different but better experience, but yeah, it does only work in such a round based game, but it was awesome.
I remember the old days of playing worms with my friends and we passed on just one controller...
Btt, but yeah, today I think I'll need at least 20 controllers when I play a game and since no next gen console offers that my only option is to buy 5 PS4's and pretend that they are just a single console. Shocking news for people like me how own a 299 ft screen. /s
I'm sorry, but the title is misleading. They only have the amount they were allowed on PS3 and 360 and the rest (that couldn't be made a trophy on PS3 or achievement on 360) are in-game achievements.
It's not the first and not the last time that we see that. Such a freaking troll headline; but hey, it's N4G.
Good point. I do want to play Watch_Dogs, AC4, KZ SF, Knack (yeah),CoD or BF, but I will definitely not buy all of them at launch especially when I get quite a few games for free including the FTP games of which some might actually be a lot of fun.
I guess I'll just buy two games at launch and maybe a few more around Xmas.
But too many options (retail games, downloadable games, FTP games) and games to choose from really is a nice problem to have when a c...
All marketing deals and what not aside Activision is really trying to help the gamer and fulfill what the gamer wants and that's a great thing and everyone should do that and keep the console war and deals aside for one sec. So yeah, good news indeed.
@xHeavYx: You sum it up pretty well. I was having one of these rare 'OMG REALLY?!' moments.
After all people might argue that it's just a port, but imho this is great news and it makes perfect sense to me, because the game really fits the Vita with drop in drop out MP and short missions/battles.
It's a huge deal for Xbox on the European market, but it just shows the problem MS has. They do not have any good IPs atm that would sell a system so they just take the big MS money and simply buy a third party game deal. It's actually pretty sad if you think about it.
It's really going to be interesting to see how many (actually few) exclusive games the Xbox One will have a few years down the line. My guess: close to none, at least no good games.
That's why he said 'in around'.. *facepalm* And you get more likes than he does. Pathetic.
Well, it was a CoD event hosted by MS though, they even said it a couple of times and of course it was, they still have this big deal going on. But yeah, I personally do not at all see this as a problem. I wouldn't even bother if the Xbox Ones at gamescom are PCs. Who cares as long as the console is there somewhere and is working for those who want one.
There are things to criticize, but not everything is or should be a reason to do so.
All the Xbox One hate aside, it makes perfect sense to me. It's smart and just logical to run the games on a PC at this point for various reasons of which some are listed in the article.
And to be honest, do people really, I mean really really care if it runs on an actual Xbox or a PC?! I don't think so, but it's something that you can look down on, but it really doesn't matter. I bet that they could do it if they wanted to, but that is pointless to get all t...
Might be true I guess. I mean PC gaming has always been really strong in Europe and here in Germany in particular, so that does not really surprise me, however I'd be nice to see which 'games' count as PC games, because to me a game on facebook is not really a PC game and cannot be compared to a game on a console, even a free game, since everybody owns a PC, but not necessarily a console.
But yes, I do totally get the argument that some features on the consoles ar...
It's a small line between adorable and annoying I guess. Yes, I can't listen to these Japanese squeaky girls who are over excited, it's so annoying and loud.
The most realistic would really be Seth Rogen and gosh that would be so awesome. He's so funny and I can really imagine him playing games.
Actually even though I dislike MS, this is not too bad and very logical to make, since Gold on Xbox One offers features for everyone with an account on the console even though they don't have Gold. But it does suck for people who own a 360 I guess.
Hardware, hardware, hardware. Just another title that is misleading. Just go to GameTrailers and watch the show there and screw examiner. WTF. No.
They already taught me some stuff. Like playing videogames taught me English, well, it enhanced the stuff I did learn in school and even games like AC with its Database did teach me some interesting stuff that I didn't know and/or learn in school.
But there are so many more things games can teach you. Playing racing games did honestly help me with driving for example, estimating speeds and situations when driving, I did really feel very comfortable when driving and never ...
I think I did explain it good enough. You could say that the MP has a kind of story and setting, but it's just the same thing over and over again and the main objective no matter how you try to defend it is to kill people to match your goal and win the game, get enough supplies and get unlocks.
The SP however is set in an entire world with a strong story behind it that manages to justify and relativize the gore in order to be realistic and it does a good job making clear ...
It makes sense. Because the term Xbone would not create any copyright violation if it was used and they just bought it to prevent further damage just in case someone else would have bought the domain and used it against them. That's actually pretty common and not that big of a deal to me. It's not like MS is EVER gonna use it, so I guess that website will just be empty and not even link to anything related to Xbox or MS. Again, not a big deal to me, even though it may seem weird to s...
