buy a few games and you can save up afford a new rig that will play 2560*1440 in 60 fps in no times.Too bad that's just to hard of a concept for you to understand.
I played on ultra 70+ fps all day every day in 2560*1440... Will do the same for bf4. Don't be mad you can't afford a nice rig.
You must be typing this in ps3 web browser? Nowdays everyone has to have a pc and the only difference from a normal pc and a gaming one is a gpu.

1)The 7970 released in July 21 2011... I traded mine to a friend and bought a new one cause I wanted a new cooler on it too. Both are the same and can the same speed. "GHZ" editing is just a factory OC and does not change anything beside ganing like 60 mhz

See the benchmark? Take a look at those 7850, they are basically what the ps4 is powered by. They have a bit less gpu core but also clocked at higher speed (cause the ps4 had to be downclocked to fix thermal issues you can have in a small machine) So gaming results is about the same as what ps4 will d...

Must believe that right? Sad thing is that my pc from 2 years is still about twice faster then the ps4, swap the gpu in 2 year for 300$ and it's going to be 5-7 times faster. There is nothing stellar about the ps4 frankly.

Anyone wanting to capture quality gameplay will get a decent pc to edit and a video capture card, the others will offer little.
Yet they are using ID tech 3 heavily modified engine... That engine was out with quake 3 in 1999.
I really don't see why they picked up an amd chips, They are really slow compare to the intel's offering.
Quad cores nowadays can overclock to 4-4.5 ghz easely, considering consoles cpu are only clocked at 1.6-2.0 Ghz and they also have way lower IPC (instruction per flock, meaning at same clock speed they are also slower) I don't see why they picked those. Considering gaming is mostly bound to single thread due to the nature of the task at hand.

Cause Limiting framerate add latency when you play? Cause more framerate = better and because fps not locked don't varies from 25 fps to 50, if it's locked at 30 it's because the can can run it 30 all the time, no magic here.
Completely obliterate is quite a strong statement. Considering any 130$ gpu on that low end pc make it the other way around and that's before release.. in 3-4 year from now ps4 will just be dust in the wind when it come to any kind of performance statement.

Skyrim is played on high/ultra settings with around 50 fps on a single 7970
Bf3 in ultra with a 7990 will get you 45 fpsm same with crysis 3. Keeping in mind those are one of the most demanding hame out there.

PSplus is just a way to grab money, services they offer can't even compete with free one on pc (voice chat, video streaming, content downloading)
But they offer you free games! Games you can't chose, game you might not want, games that probably already played if you where interested cause they release it months after release.
