I mean, it make more sens to develope on the better,more stronger platform the tune it down (assets,res) for lesser platform like ps4 and xbone. Also that PC player base is always the same because all games are compatible and will keep selling copies years and years after release (console usually don't get much sale after because of used game and generation)

Game release in a months, it's done and they are printing copies as we speak... If the build is 2-3 month old there isn't going to be a major difference.
We hear the ps4 version is comparable to "medium" settings and then that the ps4 version is sub 1080p...
how is that even comparable then? Pc in 2560*1440 will look obviously better. I guess only image comparison will tell us the truth.
