That is not exactly true. GTA V was built for console at first too but it looked much better when it is released on PC and run at max.

But Switch does have more games coming, although some of them aren’t releasing this year. So far we will have MH Ultimate, Smash, Pokemon, Mario Party, Bayonetta 3, Metriod, Fire Emblem 3 House, Daemon X Machina, Yoshi, Pikmin, Xenoblade Torna Country, The World Ends With You, No More Hero, and SMTV.
Plus they still have other third party games as well such as Doom Eternal, Fifa 19, DBZ, Dark Souls, Starlink, Tales of Vesperia, Dragon Quest, Valkyrie Chronical, and Warframe...
