I don't really see how anybody can be excited about MP3, considering the developer and what with the stuff that's been shown is nothing like our beloved franchise.

but why this, who's really going to be buying this ?? "Harcore gamers" have completely shunned these motion controlled devices. Yes Natal isn't the same, but it still does seem very casual friendly. I honestly don't think that as much as we guys would like it to be incorporated into a more harcore game, that it will happen.

I really don't understand why Microsoft have to go on towards mud slinging again. They've just had a landmark E3 presentation and now the Pr goes back to the rather annoying and childish mine's better than yours.
I know I'm a person who prefers my content on a disc, streamings great, but the sense of ownership over a disc is just much more satisfying for myself.
Natal really is an incredibly interesting and possibly gaming changing device (for the better and for fun *thumbs up*). I really hope that developers can be creative with this and give some incredible experiences.

One example I'd love to see would be like a wrestling game, bare with me, I know it's not for everyone. But to get that incredible sense that you are actually performing such moves, very satisfying.

also, did you not find Fallout to get really monotonous after playing through a second time ??
Using the same voice actors throughout with the really boring stand and occasionaly flailing arms made it become a little stale for me in my second playthrough.

I agree with you Omegasyde, BUT only agree if it means that they're splitting their team for this component.
If however they are keeping all those who made BS singleplayer all exclusively on the singleplayer for 2 and employing people for multiplayer then that would be brilliant.
Same thing as Uncharted 2, nobody wants singleplayer gimped, so they employed people specifically.
I like the idea of the tech, it's just that as others say.. the software isn't anything too special (in most cases)
for example here in uk there's one ad shown repeatedly for animal crossing I think. In this advert, all that happens is they try and catch a butterfly or they pull something out of the ground.... not my idea of fun..
also hearing the young teenage girl say hiiyyaaa, really grates at me.

Max payne was such an engaging game that if they updated the gameplay and graphics but kept it the same I'd easily go out and buy it.

it would appear that judging by your disagrees, the ratio of people regarding your agrees/disagrees would prefer it if theydidn't show alan wake and that they don't mind XBOX360 getting some more games.

Re5 is a good game on it's own and can be enjoyable, but I find that as a sequel to RE4 it is dissapointing and due to the main game's story or seeming lackof it lakcs replayability. (for me)
Re 4 was 14 hours long, it was really well paced and had you almost going back and fourth at points but it wasn't teadious. Re5 just has you go through strai...
what I find strange is though, is that when it comes out they'll probably still rate it like 9.5 in terms of graphics even if the textures aren't that amazing... I can't help but believe that reviewers are just gonna praise this game like GTA IV

nah they don't look fake to me, the lighting's working on all the charcters. The treasure looked a little dodgy, but at the same time the screens look squished.

ahhhhh, nope, that's where we were overly presumptious of what they said when questioned. They said "we're focusing on the singleplayer" they never said we're not doing a multiplayer or co-op.
But I'm chuffed =) I hope this helps sell both games that little bit better.
The first game has made alot more money than you're thinking, not to mention Naughty Dog are supported by Sony, so that means they will also recieve more funding If needed.
If Naughty D said that it would be bigger and longer in the singleplayer campaign, than it must have allready been done and they're just refining, tweaking and polishing.
A multiplayer mode will probably be handled by people who are trained in that department, I'm sure they have the right people for the job....
