The character we played was so boring, I didn't even like listening to him. I thought the script was a bit bland aswell. I must admit that I'm basin this around the first few hours, as I never got far in because being a taxi driver with little other things was boring. The world seems really dull and is always lacking in people. and the driving was F'in horrible (console atleast) AS far as story goes aswell, it'll NEVER be as good ...
if I'm correct in believeing this is american OPM then I'm afraid you're mistaking. They scored it 5/5, it was uk and some others that gave a 9.
but if I'm wrong then I do thoroughly agree, judging by impressions of the beta testers in this place.

Why are so many people expecting it to be bloody run and gun, this is frustrating me to no end that people want it to completely change it's genre.
The game has taken a drastic change of direction allready (from the demo) as it's lost it's horror aspect. To me that's my major dissapointment, the game itself is ok, it's not as good as RE4 because it feels a little weird to control now (my opinion)
I don't care who you are, fan of either console or maybe even a PC gamer gamer, but you have to admit that the building being destroyed, although pretty much fixed to happen in a certain way, is very impressive to watch. All those collisions and no glitches, fantastic.

yup major ones to do with Save data. Unfortunatly I've fallen prey to this one.
My problem's that I've experienced are:
1. I cannot up my overall percentage of collected goodies in levels. When I complete the levels it will say 100%, but if I turn off the game and back on, that will not have been saved and I'll still have my previous score.
2. This is similar to the above. When I create levels occasionally it shows it as saved, then when the game i...

to me I would say LBP, it brought all new creative tools along with simple and addictive gameplay, Beautifully narrated by Stephen fry and has some really good graphics.
Not to mention that it appeals to people of all ages.

they are in almost all games, but it's true that KZ2 has the best lighting in a game, BUT, I've played a game where there is no shadows breaking or having jagged edges and that game is Uncharted.
Uncharted's lighting is still the best lighting out on any console game, it never breaks or fails to stream between the leaves and never has jagged edges. The lighting also even reacts with the textures. go up to one of the walls in chapter 5 where the light is shining upon it.. Aim at...

a price drop is needed, the Ps3 has spent a year at this price now and to compete any further in a breaking down economy their going to most certainly have to be cheaper.

I think that K2 is gonna spike the console sales a little even without a price cut, but a price cut and K2 bundle will most certainly help.

I don't know, as much as I'd like to think that COD 6 will be better not sure if it will be,
my most look forward to feature around KZ2's online is the way that it changes match type in game straight after a team as won and I don't think that would be too easy for most devs to top.
Maybe they'll copy it but I doubt they'll recapture that gritty feel, heavy feel and animations of KZ2.

I completely agree that it's a bit sad to go all out to get trophies simply for bragging rights.
I only go all out for trophies on Games that I think are worth playing more, for example I'm playing R2, LBP and F3 for trophies but I'm definitely not going to try and get all the GTA trophies.
sure it could have benefited from some AA, but that sure doesn't take away from the facts that the game had/ still has the best lighting engine on a console. Not to mention have you seen the way textures react to the light ??
NO, I highly doubt it, because you're not going to look for plusses in what is one of the best single player experiences.

there definitely wont be any swords, it's electricity based, but there's a variety of electricity based attacks.
