I am glad Sony is not breaking the console life cycle and introducing a new generation console. On the other side, it looks like Microsoft is breaking its console cycle by introducing a new generation xbox PC trying to merge with Windows 10.
I don't think NEO is coming this year. Sony doesn't look like they want to rush anything and are taking their time to make a good planification.
It was a smart move to put demo stations for people to try it because VR is something you must try yourself to understand it. PSVR is going to make VR mainstream and there is no doubt about it. Day one for me.

But I can remember how the PS4 totally destroyed the xbox One official plans and forced Microsoft to completely change their console. Remember how MS eliminated DRM, always online, sharing games and even kinect because of the PS4?
The only thunder Microsoft stole was that of the Xbox mini. Since this generation started, there is nothing Microsoft has stole from Sony.

Mark my words. Microsoft will copy Steam idea and make Scorpio like a Steam machine PC. MS already confirmed they want to unify with PC. They cannot do that with a console. They are going to build a Steam like PC and call it a console. Which is crazy because you cannot compare a console to a PC. They are 2 different categories.
