Once you see is being published by Sony, you can be dead sure is not going to land on any other platform. Sony is very serious about its exclusives and they should be.

I wouldn't call it "pressure" as PlayStation right now is dominating the whole console market by a big gap. I think Sony is in its best position to analyze its strategy while still having the Co sole market crown. Pressure, is what Microsoft has and that is why they are betting all on "power".

I don't think so. A console is a console. If Microsoft introduces an xbox PC and call that a "console" then that's a different story that does not change the definition of a console.
People will have to wait for the reveal to determine if it is a console or an xbox PC. Judging how Microsoft wants to merge with Windows 10, I believe is going to be an xbox PC like the steam machines PC concept.

I don't think is coming this year. I may be wrong but Sony don't like to rush things. Look how they announced PSVR and the time it took to have a release date and how long it is between the time it was revealed versus the time is going to be released. Does not feel like Sony to reveal NEO on, let's say August, and release it on December.
I don't think Scorpio is a console. I believe it is a next generation xbox PC more like Steam machine PC. They are trying to merge with Windows 10. They have lost many times on the console market. They need to try something different and making an xbox PC is their solution to fight against Sony's console. They thing is that a PC is not on the console category.

Microsoft using an xbox PC is not the same as Sony using a console upgrade. I don't now how can that be compared as the "same thing".
People should know by now that once you see a game is being publish by Sony, is not landing on any other platform. Also, there is a deal between Sony and Marvel so if you really want to play it, you must own a PS4. This is a real exclusive and not a game releasing on PC as most xbox games.
Not surprised about Sunset Overdrive. It was a commercial flop.
