In order to make a desicion about delaying something, you must have first confirmed a date and Sony Never confirmed a date to reveal NEO.
Is the same with games. They give you a date then when they CHANGE the date, is considered a delay. This is common sense. Don't know why would be difficult for someone to understand it.
You cannot change the definition of exclusive everytime you feel so in order to justify Microsoft.

I rather wait for NEO if that is the case. Best exclusives and Japanese games support are on PlayStation. If a 4k player is the only catch up to buy an xbox S, then it is way better just to get NEO instead.
