Due to the lack of exclusives is just one of the reasons they are failing. When the Xbox one released they had exclusives and still failed. Let's not pretend that's the only reason.

Xbox features that have failed to beat Playstation :
- A more powerful hardware.
- Backward compability.
- EA Access.
- Game pass.
- Play everywhere.
- GaaS
Is going to be very difficult for Microsoft to beat Playstation. They should focus now on how to beat Nintendo.
Xbox 360 released a year before the PS3 and the PS3 had an horrible launch. Even with those advantages the 360 ended last place and people here are defining that like "the glory days of Xbox 360"
