What I find more fascinating is how he calls out GameTrailers for instigating things!
More like superhuman...I can't even imagine.
At this point "milking the franchise" is an understatement.
"It's like addicts complaining about how drugs are bad for them but they shot up anyway. "
Well said, sir. Well said.
And yet a truly competent Mario Kart competitor (Blur) totally bombed.
This just seems...wrong.
ziiiiiing!
Correction: This has nothing to do with Microsoft. Sony needed to steal some of Nintendo's thunder before March. Lots of people can only afford one handheld...now people who were determined to buy the 3DS are going to think twice.
Agreed, I've never seen an exclusive lineup like Sony's for 2011 - and this will be what, it's 5th year? The 3DS is certainly going to be awesome tech, but Nintendo doesn't have the games (yet.)
Crysis 2? Man, I just wasn't feeling the FUN factor.
I don't typically succumb to fanboyish statements, but I'm gonna give you a big "hell yes" on this one. Speaking as someone who owns every console - and was even underwhelmed with KZ2 - this one is going to be played for years to come.
Can't even be bothered to rewrite a press release huh?
Clearly the closure of MTV Games and the $50 Harmonix sale isn't slowing them down!
Don't quote me on this, but have we EVER seen a control scheme like this in a game? These devs seem like they're brimming with creativity.
To everyone complaining about the DLC - you have no concept of how game development cycles work. In all likelihood the final character art, move lists, etc was finished at least 2 months ago. This kind of game requires rigorous playtesting for balance, etc. Normally a game is wrapped months before it ships.
DLC characters like this represent ones Capcom couldn't finish in time (like Frank West.)
I agree, though - if we end up downloading tiny unlock code...
Heh...happy ending...
haha, bubbles for you sir (or ma'am)
Here's a comment: In the review you're using entire sentences with ALL CAPS, confusing you're with your, misspelling words, and it's generally unreadable. If you want to be taken seriously, sharpen up your writing chops.
Def. worth a rental if it ups the level of horror and scares.
It sounded actually like a very unbiased article, perhaps bordering on pro-sony but certainly not flamebait.
