Saryk, all we own is a disc or a set of digital files containing software whose EULA can be changed and adapted at anytime. EULAs for games are getting increasingly complicated. Sometimes we forget that simply playing a game legally binds us to whatever terms are inside.

Totally agree with you. Just the system's graphical prowess is enough to hook me...and I bet the first year will belong entirely to the hardcore crowd as far as game releases go.

My response to you is: They sent a press release about it to UK/US press outlets, and slapped a PEGI rating on the front of it. in my eyes, that means it's also intended for a US audience.

It was more successful on 360 because it had something like an 8 month exclusive lead-time before hitting PS3, right? Not sure that's entirely accurate, but pretty damn close.
