Funny how any given day I can look at my friends list and see a group of my friends playing an Xbox 360 title.
Maybe not used much because you only dabbled in it instead of jumping in full backing? Because for sure Xbox BC offerings are a huge thing. and much appreciated by its user base.
I can't imagine that if Sony chose to actually commit to BC that its player base wouldn't jump full force into it. So many PS3 titles that would find huge usage on PS4 if offered.

Not sure why the review was even approved here on N4G? It obviously reads as a slam on Xbox One and little more. The reviewer did not even play the game on Xbox One (he played PC version) and yet all he does is slam the console? why?
"I don't understand why there is this constant need and necessity some feel to downplay this game." - pramath1605
I would have to assume it is simply in response to those that find a constant need to exaggerate the influence of a game that does little different from what has been done already maybe?

I have Phantom Dust and Project Spark on my Xbox One S... not sure what you are getting at there?
Early signups... as in 14day free trial? Maybe if they didn't force players to enter a credit card payment system for the service they would get a better response?
They have pre-purchase card options for XBL Gold and MS points... they need to do the same with this. I for one will not attach my credit card to any game service.
I think he is trying to say they are exclusives coming out at launch for Scorpio.
@TitaniumRx - well no. Many Xbox fans do have some PS titles that interest them enough to want to try. Myself I have always been a 'Shadow of Colossus' fan. If I saw a New Generation version of it come out mutiplat then I would surely make a purchase. Though Ico, Edith Finch nor RiMe ever got much interest from me.
Obviously Shenmue 3 will earn an interest... but I can wait. :D
Well, he is wrong. The possibility was already there with older FF games and still possible today.
I am an Xbox One S owner... how exactly is that screwing me over if Scorpio has a different resolution?
Only people that chime in with this idea are those that aren't XB1 owners themselves. Always speculating on what is causing other gamers to feel slighted when those that could be slighted are wondering why you are speaking for them.
@objdadon - you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. Why would we care if Scorpio has better FPS? You imagine an issue that is not even there.
PCs have had different FPS ability for years and PC fans are not up in arms about it.
And myself and others are not up in arms about this.
And PS4 Pro has better resolution in some games and not on PS4... so they don't seem to have an issue with that either. And if you don'...
All I have to say is Mike Ybarra stated there is no parity on twitter: https://twitter.com/XboxQwi... and guess what us Xbox Fans aren't upset with that at all. Why would we?
@Morganfell - thanks for the link. At first read you see that they did in fact change most everything from the original Blam engine for Halo but if you read down into the slide show you get to a point where they come out with a fascinating discovery of information...
"** Wait a minute … Halo Reach is being developed in parallel and it doesn’t have a
job system. That would be really helpful to take better advantage of the X360’s
computing power.
To all those talking parity with PS4 and Xbox One on FPS. Sorry but no such requirement for frame parity. MS has already stated even that some Scorpio games will allow added ability to choose greater FPS for some games if the Devs decide to do so.
So the premise behind the article is Marvel can't do the same as DC because Marvel has saturated the whole heroes fighting thing too much in their lore? WTF??
Pretty sure it doesn't have anyone worried.
Point is at least 50% of Xbox One users have shown an interest in BC by the statement. And if even only 10% of Xbox One users accounted for the vast majority of the usage it is worth it.
Just like each gamer has a different interest in game types and media usage the option is important to be there. Should BluRay player be removed because only a fraction of users actually watch BluRay movies? Should Netflix, Skype or Mixer be shelved if they don't represent a larger port...
