@Gh05t - see there is your issue right there "monthly bandwidth usage"... if you think your ISP that thinks it is a good idea to limit bandwidth to earn money isn't going to take advantage of the option to limit other more frequently used data then you are living in a dream world.
You are missing the point. It can still offer faster speeds but simply can't nickel and dime the process in that it only allows data speed increase of specific sights. It has to be across the board.
What it is doing is protecting the throttling of some sights over others, where in a case scenario they could actually limit bandwidth to gaming servers unless you pay an added cost for data connecting to them.

@Wolly_ the point is Scorpio players are likely to get a choice in FPS in some games coming up. They will have a choice between different FPS versus resolution and such. So an FPS display could give them a quick view of what their settings are.

Shenmue 3 is not owned by Sony and can be bought and played on PC, so not technically exclusive. Had it been owned by Sony and still get exclusive earnings for being sold on PC then I would give you that game. But it is not.
Other games for the most part really aren't much of a draw outside of Sony loyalists.
