I don't know what to think of it. It's over the top cut-scene wise but gameplay is lacking and focused a lot on quicktime events. I really wish it looked better (Capcom normally puts out better looking games than this).
I wonder if the game is going to get the Hydrophobia treatment?
Hopefully the developers go back to it and fix the performance issues. At least that would make it somewhat playable.

Do you have to register Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition (360) in order to unlock content?
There's a voucher with the game that makes it seem that way but I haven't been able to register the game on the EA Origin site. It just goes back to my profile page.
There's an easy solution to include bullet-time in multi-player:
Have bullet time as a spawn item within the map. When a player activates bullet-time all other players actions are slowed temporarily.
I heard something about it being enabled in small sections of a map and that sounds like it would work as well
