Frame pacing in UC4 SP felt perfect where Shadow of the Colossus did not so I played that at 60.
Most dev know this that's exactly why ND put UC4 MP at 60fps
As gokuss pointed out Driveclub ran at 30fps locked and that felt fabulous.
As long as it is a locked 30fps, it's fine. Were not talking FPS here.
Just the same an option would be nice.
On Shadow of the Colossus I did end up going for 60fps over resolution it was nice to have the option.
Think I'm gonna sit on Farcry, just cuz Ubisoft games need at least two months out in the wild to see what your truly getting. God of War at launch or at least a few days after reviews start to come in, have it on preorder but I can wait 5 days before Bestbuy releases the hold. Win, win.

It's true I prefer sub-par limited exclusives if they come out at all, on the beast of a machine that I bought into for some reason.
I would personally either give it to Atari 5200 or PS4. But for different reasons. 5200 because my house became mecca with friends since I was the only one with one since everyone else had the Nintendo system of the time. PS4 because of games I've dreamt up are finally coming to realization, plus PSVR, and the multiple diverse games that just keep coming out one after another.
