Ya need a 4K HDR TV to see, I'm at work right now and they look the same. I checked out the 4K Horizon Video this weekend on my 4K HDR TV, and shit ya can tell looked gorgeous. I'd rather have my Plasma TV back and just ignore all of this but R.I.P.

Twisted Metal was awful, this looks pretty interesting as long as it has a really good frame rate other wise, people will get sick looking at it. Also just because it looks hand drawn does not mean the dev gets to skip on animation in between frames
Meh, at least Xbox users get to play it. I remember when Halo came out that was supposed to be on the Mac and eventually everything else. Then MS paid for outright exclusivity. No loss for me didn't really care for Halo after playing it, and actually same goes for Destiny.
