A tv screen which is essentially what the lenses are in PSVR and oculus could have completely different technology in them. I remember an article the other day. In the headline reads something like crisp "900p PS4 while Xbox One comes in at a blurry 720p". At the time I thought it was a funny dig or clickbait article. Its no minor detail. That's like going from a slightly hazy blurry version to crisp sharp image. When they swipe screens it's like watching a fog lift. Or screen door.
