Huge difference. Kinect is a controller essentially. Vr is a way of playing a game completely different. Its not on screen anymore. You are in the environment.
Pretty soon you'll have Halo 5, Gears of War, Tomb Raider and it'll all be worth it. Enjoy.
Well of course. Its both in one. PlayStation vr and ps4. Both are gonna.be on one machine. Why just pick Xbox or just Oculus when you can have both in one machine? :)

Even if what you say is partially true. You do know that means on top of these games even more games already in development are gonna be shown at E3 at next years TGS. Adding to the total that will be available real soon or years ahead. It just keeps stacking games. Some are being made right now we haven't even been announced yet.

Diversity. I am hoping they make Quantum Break and a few new titles good for this reason. Ryse and Sunset Overdrives was a pretty good start. They need a few Until Dawn Games, The Last of Us, few unique Indies, a RPG, maybe Heavy Rain type, sprinkle in some Mario orZelda like adventure. Right now it's all guns and shooting.and racing. Mgs5, Blood Bourne, Until Dawn, Witcher 3, Indie titles seem to already be defining the early part of this generation. I think it is clearly defined. Mostly by third parties. Very great games coming to both consoles
You know what I always wanted as a child ? A working realistic VR environment. Sony is bringing that to us. I'm excited. Its gonna finally be here. You will be playing in those environments. Hopefully almost fully immersed. Thats fun stuff.
It's a console to me. It has a viewer inside it, controller, games to it. Its no gmick. It's existed for over 20 years without the proper technology or company release behind it. Its very basic. You put it on.and play. Still involves looking and controllers. It's just more immersion in the game world complete.
The problem with VR was technology. Plain and simple. Go look what virtual boy graphics and lawnmower man looked like. Games on today's vr will be on a whole other level to finally draw casuals and gamers in alike.
I never buy peripheral or add one since childhood. I am buying this however. Its a evolution. Just join us in virtual world and have fun.

Loved it. Persona 5 to be unveiled on 17th. A new fighting game, Gravity Rush2, intereating title Oiua with a Slasher Onimusha feel, some rpgs, a few expansion packs, Resident Evil shooter, and some new controllers. I like the Vr name changes. Morpheus might confuse the public had it stayed the same.
This is the right time for VR. I hope people support it because if we don't this time? It may never come back again for a long time. I'm ready. Its ready.
