It could be possible, if people wouldn't mind it running in 720p or at a lower framerate
(I know I wouldn't).
Not if it was a pc like mine, then it would require at least 10 for 1080p.
The PC that ran this was large, expensive and used a lot of power (electricity); quite the opposite of what a console should be.
Please do exit, and take your elitist ways with you.
The censor isn't too bad, and only affect cut-scenes. So if you're willing to miss out on a cool game just because of that then it's your loss. I'm not saying it ain't sad how the game's been censored, but it's not enough to keep me from buying it.
I could not agree more.
Bold move.
Although I prefer the 2D games, this sounds like it could be a blast with friends. I wonder how big the Plus-discount will be?
But is any of this really good though? Do you want a bunch of ports of older games for your new console, if you haven't played them before then yes. But if you have....
And having what will most likely be the weakest next-gen console as lead platform for next-gen multiplatform titles isn't really a good thing.
@ShoryukenII: The only problem with the Zelda demo is that it's all rendered in a small confined space, there's no need for streaming new assets and all the animations are pre-determined. Yes it looks great and it would be awesome if they could make a game looking that good, but it's only a show-off demo and because of that I don't find it as impressive. I think it could be done on a PS3 and possibly on a 360 too. But it does bode well for what we might possibly see coming on ...
You are correct, to a certain extent.
It's only slightly sharper on some details, the colour can be controlled by a TV so I wouldn't call that a valid point, especially since the differene is very small. AA is a bit better on the 360, but the real question should be which game has the best performance.
So graphics-wise, the Xbox wins by a rabbits head. But I don't think the graphical difference is really noticable in motion and so PS3 owners have ...
They are in 720p, the resolution the game runs at and it's also a resolution that counts as HD. You just have to click to look at them in their original size. That's why they don't call it an SD comparison.
It is, though only slightly. The textures on the elbow in the first image are sharper (it's also the biggest difference so there's nothing to worry about for anyone) and Ezios "belt-buckle" has sharper details aswell. I think the 360 version might have slightly better texture-filtering, but I'd imagine the difference to be more noticable then, so perhaps it's just a difference in AA-method.
What is this? All the article says is that SSX Deadly Decents is a new game in the franchise. Which isn't really news at all. And the Screenshot is just some random image with no importance.
It's going to be a new Kingdom Hearts game. But what I'd really like is a new IP.
Here's an idea Capcom; one that can not possibly fail sales-wise and it makes me wonder why you haven't done it yet... Monster Hunter + PS3!
HA! you got 13 agrees on finishing Versus... not really funny but it made me smile :-) I agree aswell, but won't ruin the number.
I'm having the same problem, choosing between a new graphics card or a Vita. Hopefully I can get both within the year.
AC needs a hiatus. It's annual release form has killed it for me, a new one every second year would be more then enough.
That's a pretty clever trailer. Some of the pictures where a bit too clearly fake, but overall it's very well done. I'm excited for this game. :-)
