Next gen retail titles will be 25GB and up, no way I'll bother waiting for the downloads and to fill my harddrive the first year. So I'll be doing as I do now, both, but with a preference for physical media.
Thanks mate! I'd love to see it in action.
Wait, I've read the article and left confused. Is it software-based?
It did improve some of the core-mechanics. I don't know about pushing the bar for set-piece moments though.
What I do know is it was the least polished of the games, with frustrating hit and miss hiding. It had more pop-in than a shady website and the worst protagonist yet, partly due to the dissapointing voice-acting.
Why I'm sceptical to Assassins Creed 4:
Assassins Creed 3.
That Gamepad looks awesome!
Full tile-icon support confirmed, YEAH!
We better get some serious Vita love real soon. After Killzone and the delayed Tearaway the only announced sort-of-proper first party title is Freedom Wars. And I want more info on it and other upcoming titles.
It's interesting to think the last game these guys made was for the PSP.
My mid-low end laptop can run Warframe with medium settings at about 30FPS (haven't checked with FRAPS yet), so I'd expect it to run with all it's bells and whistles on PS4. I'm hoping for 60FPS.
Beyond Two Souls has more realistic faces than Crysis 3, there may be fewer polygons or whatever, but it still looks more natural.
The important thing is: something can still be impressive even though something else looks better, you're just being an arse.
I thought the Subspace Emmisary mode in Brawl was pretty bad. The concept is good, but it focused too much on mediocre platforming and weird enemies. The ladder format is fine, maybe throw in some cutscenes.
That's the one thing that got me interested! :-P
Based on the ten minutes I've played it there are no apparent technical or gameplay-based issues other than the partial controller support. You can use a 360 controller, but not in the menus and you still get kb/m promts on-screen.
It seems like a pretty cool game overall, and it's less than 3gb if my memory serves me right.
So they're going to hold off the devkit feature until all devs have bought a proper and expensive one?
You still need the cable box to plug into the One, unless Netflix and alike is enough for you. But if streaming services are enough, then you would have cut cable already (unless you still haven't used such services).
Bold move by Microsoft, pulling an OUYA. Let's wait and see if it's all good or come back to bite them in their behinds later.
Quadro? That's not built for gaming but rendering media and CAD-stuff. No gamer in their right mind would buy this over a Titan, and seeing it headlining on a gamer-site is a bit odd.
I'm 21. Being an older, retired man does not make you automatically right.
Wow, that guy in the picture looks just like me! What a handsome fella.
