I still fail to see means to grab on things with that system... Can you seemingly drop a controller, like in one minigame in WarioWare? Doubt it. Can you "press a button" to do a function that is not doable by gestures? Nope.
But approved nonetheless. Wording could be a bit better though... One should at least try to remain objective (fad, that is to be seen. Still not showing any fadlike qualities).
Just like Wii is doomed, aye?
Sam & Max games have been generally THE point'n'click games. Or that's what I think, and many others think.
How would you face someone dressed as a soviet soldier then? Harashoo! That thingie invites people to dress up as soviet conscripts and raise a parade in the Red Square atmosphere -_- Ruki vehr!
Yet Wii attach rate is up there with PS3's, meaning that Wii has moved more hardware AND software when compared to PS3. Funny thing that. I doubt your "tanking" theory quite a bit.
Funny that indeed. I will be adding this to my library.
Hell, I'm as close to a Wii fan as one can be, to still retain a rather objective view of things. I aknowledge every system for their weaknesses and for their strenghts: does that make out what I am? As for Zhuk, I am merely amused by his comments, and I doubt strongly he's along with them with his full mind. Humour accounts do exist, people. I'd love to consider mine one as well, since I do use ad hominems a tad too often for normal people.
EDIT: For me to be against persona...
Zhuk, that might be your opinion, I won't say anything about them. I remain amused, and that's enough for me, thank you very much.
But others who get annoyed enough to flamme him personally... Even though you are nigh-anonymous, it doesn't mean you can be total asshats. Same goes to me as well.
Same in writing that is readable to a normal person? Until then.
I guess you couldn't even handle Wii. And that'd be sad.
But awesome news. Might warrant me getting that X0 with my next paycheck...
You do know, that Ferrari is owned by Fiat..?
And Wii outselling PS3 by almost 4:1. And X0 by 18:1. Don't count the little white machine out, please. That should tell you about the Jap market in general. European one, there's no real way to say for sure. Too many damn countries.
Except for Europe, an area that is getting the shaft. Once again. How infuriating.
It's a deal. Want me to bring cookies? Or will you bake me some?
Witty. Liked the comeback of yours, that I must agree upon.
A grown man can enjoy cartoony things just as much as anyone else. I fail to see your point. I myself am a grown man, and I surely could watch the next Disney movie, why not? It might be amusing. Just as well I might play Uncharted. Or I could do whatever pleases me. Nothing is really beneath me. How does being "grown up" exclude anything? Scared what your peers think of you? But hey, it is your loss, not mine. Nor Sidar's.
Why... Why do cartoony graphics indicate "ZOMG, it's a kids game!"? I do not see this reasoning at all. Was DotT a "Kid's game" since it's cartoony, mainly thanks to limits there were back then? I Zack & Wiki REALLY a kiddish game, even though it's done in a "cartoonish" way? What the hell IS a kiddish game? Give me a full account on that, then, let us discuss about it.
People, they drive me nuts.
Yes. Let's be adults. Let's be mature. So why the hell are you still playing that mindless gorey-ish FPS, which isn't going to bring you any closer to being mature? Wargames are for kids, right?
Or is Final Fantasy a mature game in your book? How very interesting. A game where the main characters are usually somewhat troubled, sometimes even quite angsty teenagers. That are hellbent on saving the world, once again. Nice tale, I will have to admit, but now that you are adult, sh...
Are you speaking of platformers? There has been 3 of those in the last 12 years, that is true. And those three are THE Mario games, that have included gameplay tweaks that somehow enhance the gaming experience. I should as well include Super Paper Mario to that list as well, since it is just as fun, and it does something differently. But the main point here is, that you know you have a proper Mario game, when it does something differently.
Spin-offs are an entirely different t...
Format war? Sure, BD is on verge of winning as of now. I have no qualms to agree on that.
Console war? Such a thing even exists? Very fickle, if it does. Right now, I'd bet my money on the technological underdog. Expensive gadgets usually fail to catch mainstream's attention that well, unless they are very shiny and sleek.
Unsunghero, here I was thinking you were a sensible man and not a fan of anything. ;D
Point & click... you know how strategy games have been done usually, aye? Do not underestimate it. Also, RPGs will be a lot easier to create with point'n'click interface.
