The original was so boring. To the point where I didn't want to play the others or even try them even though people insist the others are better. I guess I could pick them up for cheap at some point

Competition? Haha... There is none. Steam with their deals on games and their already huge userbase take the cake. That said, all the millions (don't know for sure) of people who buy battlefield 3 for the PC will all have to be origin users.

My favourite was actually pokemon yellow. That one was the best because you could get all 3 starters plus a pikachu that follows you around. How awesome is that?

Exactly. It's never gonna be as easy as moving your thumb to aim if you use a move-based peripheral.
That's why the move (for core games) will not work. You can't be competitive using it.

Its sort of forcing you to get the map packs now and I'm not sure I even want them if they're gonna favour the 360 and delay the ps3 release like they did the last 2 years. Surely that's actually losing them sales? Gives people more of a chance to not be playing the game any more. If they don't play the game, they won't buy the maps, ergo losing sales. Then ...
