I'm definitely buying this at launch, I just hope I don't get disappointed like Nsmb 2....that game was meh! :( I waited for that one for ages! The DS version still stands as the best more accurate gameplay! Even the Wii/Wii.U one isn't better than the pixel precise Ds version:)

You might be right, similar will happen with the release of Soul Sacrifice and when the Vita will get it's own iconic games:)
The PS4 around the corner is a surge waiting to happen:) if games won't sell the vita, features will.
One PS4 is established, the vita will not only have the quickly increasing indie world, with it's own games but also those that can be played through remote play through the PS4:)

ummm no it wasn't lol....but that's my opinion. I could think of a handful of games that made a better impression on me:P lol
The game is awesome, I forgot how much of a difference it is compared to the first. Although it is easier:)
The mechanics work better, and gameplay is much smoother (not frame rate wise, combat wise).
I still need to finish up some chapters for the first one, but since I played the second....it's hard to go back! lol
Ico/Shadow collection was awesome, MGS collection was awesome, sly collection....so many awesome collections....are you high?
The trend of remastering needs to slow down, I agree, but if the games were iconic then they need to be remade! :) This doesn't mean you need to buy them or call them disappointing.

There is a market for everything...but I'm sick of exaggerated or false promises. Between photoshopped game screenshots and just fake Tech demos (aliens: colonial), the internet has made it a lot harder to believe anything that a company has to offer.

Single player or not, you can't possibly sell an inferior version on superior consoles. I mean even Peace Walker HD came with more...and the collection came with 3 games on one disk for 40$ then quickly discounted to 30$....this is absolutely high way robbery!

It depends on the read speed of the lens, on how optimized the game is and for the case of cartridges the quality of the actual Chip.
Don't forget that consoles have higher textures and improve graphics to load, compared to the 3ds which is about 240p comparing to 720p.
Also I highly doubt companies will invest too much on gaming cartridges...they are just there to hold in...
Also I'd like to add that this game is VERY HEAVY anime, and not everyone I guess is into that:)

Infamous 3: Second Son is BAD F*CKING ASS. I can't wait to play that game...I honestly cannot believe how good it looks and how awesome the new powers are.

PC games would be a lot further ahead if it weren't for the dated Console hardware.
That being said, I doubt any1 would have enough cash, or actually want to pay 1000-2000$ for a console....so really I can completely understand why.

I don't see how 8/10 is not a good score? You guys need to tone it down...Honstly as long as this game receives more than an 8 it's more than valid.
The reason why I say at least an 8 is because i can see how some wouldn't like the fixed camera or the social aspect of the game.
I personally love the social and the wandering around, but the dungeon crawling (since I did it before) is just meh for me. The battles can also be a little over whelming, ...

Computer or not, hardware works on the same level. Yes the devs can def make something work for any hardware, but you can't possibly be that narrow minded to think that ram types don't matter.

Specs of ram can be the difference between steaming textures properly and not, cases seen in Rage (IDtech engine).
How can you say ram speed means diddly squat? This isn't the same as PC where you might see a minimal difference in frequency, this ram needs to both handle graphical processes and computing, 2 completely different beasts.

I could see Durango going to GDDR5 or splint in order to regulate the latency issues of GDDR5. I highly doubt they will do 16 GB of Ram though...anything more than 8 GB will be over kill and waste of resources. They would be better off adding more clocks for the cpu or gpu at that rate...or add more SP.
In the end it all comes down to programmer optimizations, much like we've seen with the PS3 and first party games...the difference now is that pS4 will feature more robust...
The first one came to PS+ to raise interested for the 2nd and it was a year from release. I don't think this one will go any time soon:P Unless the 3rd is coming over too:)
what a crap review...I do have to say that there is some lag especially compared to the first when there is a lot of action on screen, but honestly there is very little to tell the graphics apart from the ps3 version... I think that should be commendable!
Also...coop and jap? ok I get it, the jap would've been nice...but we have dead or alive for that:), this doesn't even have much of a "MUST INTERECT" story....so really it's not missed. Also did you eve...
How exactly are they losing on current gen? It takes no effort outsourcing the HD ports (which is most cases), Current Gen Exclusives are still thriving...we still don't have the last of us, Beyond two souls...GOd of war...I mean a lot of exclusives still coming on a console that's about to be replaced....let's not mention the already new exclusives on PS4.
