The north american Version has 4 Cores.
The 8 core is NOT a real 8 core, it's a cluster chip. It uses 1 1.6 GHZ quad and a second 1.2 ghz quad.
Considering the LACK of apps that use even 4 cores, the extra 4 that the S4 has means nothing, especially in gaming. In which the vita still has one of the most powerful graphics chip on the market (mobile).

Honestly they did an amazing job, I prob would've dropped the AA in game for Vita to sport a higher resolution. It made things hard to see in distance for me, although that didn't stop me from platinuming it:P lol
The online was also touch and go, sometimes i had great experience other times, people would teleport all over the place.
For a first gen title, I was really surprised they packed the whole game into the console...if given more time I guaran...

No it wasn't, I stated games above that looked better for their time, and paid more attention o detail.
I mean ratchet and clank and Sly cooper came out a couple of months later and sporter better graphics, lighting and visuals....
Also let's not forget that dreamcast was pumping out Shenmue Two which had some of the best graphics then...
How can you compare the 2 games? That's like saying NHL 13 sucks because it's no where near as Gory as Mortal Kombat....

Anyways, I really don't care if a game last even 3 hours....the only condition is the smaller the length the more the enjoyment needs to stay consistently through those 3 hours.
For example in a 9 hour campaign game...sometimes you'll only have 3 hours of enjoyable or extremely fun mom...
I was going to say it would be nice to play this game at 60 fps, but I'm already playing it on the Vita and Ps3 LOL. So i'll say, I can't wait to play this in 1080p full:P and extra graphics hopefully;D

It was the best looking game on the Gamecube using it's art style, but i mean there were plenty of games that looks amazing during that time, including Zone of the enders, MGS 2, Halo Combat Evolved and max payne:)

Actually it would be amazing to integrate GOOGLE maps some how and rescue the people from zombies in every day cities or your neighbourhood...although somehow I doubt it would work a lot of the times:P
I wouldn't really call those niche games... I mean the yakuza franchise is pretty well established...and I can see any GTA nut picking it up...as for Valkyria Chronicals, it merely flew under the radar and had little to no announcements and marketing...and Ni no kuni....that game took us by storm...it was sold out at many Best buys on launch and now are full of stock slowly being depleted...

SO Yakuza is a franchise, that is exclusive to PS3, much like Resistance is a Franchise Exclusive to PS3 even though Insomniac (which is now multi) created it.

The gamecube was actually 3D enabled before release, then it was locked. It would've been the first 3D Stereoscopic console (native too:))
I agree, I never take pre release screens too seriously, they are almost always a let down....
