@KNWS
"Playstation blogs confirmed 1080p and 60 frames for Watchdogs too, look how that turned out!"
That wasn't the playstation blog that was the store listing which has been wrong before see trails and Ultimate spiderman 2 720p errors.
Also as mentioned the devs have outright confirmed it expect you're saying they are lying now.
It's unlikely they would be shown again IMO even if it's a new trailer. We would probably get a stage demo for one of them if not both.
Looks like there isn't any need to worry like people were with the outdated one because Sony have three spots.
Which if you look back some years they haven't done.
It doesn't mean much expect maybe they have a lot to show on the show floor at least.
Edit -
That Nintendo space o_0
@Lukas_Japonicus
Well apparently humans are super human and can play the same scene 1:1 with every play through. Also maybe you would like to read what they said it was showing a screen-tear that occurred in that frame.
@MorePowerOfGreen
"I started seeing their bias when they claimed to had analyzed the PS4 version of COD-G praising 1080p when the review copy they had was 720p due to the 1080p not being patched in yet. " - That was...
Looool but they are known for preaching the gospel about PS4 and showing *crappy textures*. Yh you keep digging your head into mistermediax and his insiders and ignore facts around you.

Also this is especially funny seeing as it's coming from Richard Leadbetter who defended XB1 through and through pre launch with the *balanced* argument.
Good to hear for them. I wonder if this allows them to counter with a price drop if they feel the need to against XB1 kinectless bundle.
Well now
"Overall image quality also looks pretty close indeed between the two consoles: there's a base 1080p native rendering resolution (unfortunately short on anti-aliasing), parity in lighting and texture work and an identical feel to the way the game plays. However, there is one interesting difference - in the comparison above, you can see an area of the game that operates at something in the region of 1440x1080 on Xbox One, while the PS4 and PC versions remain at the n...
Yh it surely will be interesting to see. It's amazing that it's 60fps on both.
@sam_job
Hmmmm who to believe Polygon and Gamepur and Gamingbolt looool. Seriously when we devs stop trying to hide things things. Just give a simple answer.
"Conference was over 30 minutes to 40 minutes long, all directx12 talk. You likely just ignored it or even cared knowing you Kayant!" - Where did I say that? I said that it had very little in terms of specifies in relation to XB1 it was mostly about PC and Mobile.
"Microsoft said directx12 is coming to the xb1 so have devs making games. Are you saying its a lie?" - Did I say that? I said XB'1 api already has some of these features as shown above and th...
This doesn't mean much tbh because judges week is meant for titles that are in playable form.
"For a game to be voted on it must be playable, and because of this if a game isn't shown at this event, chances are very high it's not shipping this year "

That's my problem with him he's bias is too much for me to take anything he says seriously especially with the frequency of his info.
At least with Mort even with his f***up I can still take me somewhat seriously with his info because his bias is clear and he doesn't try to defend it and he as better understand that this guy.
"Why is Sony not having a conference touting the performances boosts. Its all smoke and mirrors to deceive Sony fans" - You're doing it like MS had one specifically for XB1. The DX12 reveal had one small segment about XB1's api porting to PC by Turn 10.
Expect from this --> http://i.imgur.com/xxNpozh.... there is no metric on the possible gains XB1 will get when those missing features are added...
Another day another thuway rumor :/
Why would they announce an sdk update to the public in the first place....
Well Mark Cerny don't put so much emphasises on GPGPU compute for no reason.
Taking this with a massive grain of salt because it's thuway but the difference indeed could be become a lot bigger than now in some games depending on how devs start to use gpu compute it could be something like MGS:GV sky simulation or something b...
I was going to say why would it be a new game seeing as they lost the trademark in US some time ago for not using it.
Sounds like it's using NTFS with 4k cluster size(Want even that is loool :p) http://support.microsoft.co...
That's a mega tonne of storage
"In the end one will have higher resolution and the other better textures/sharpness/contrast IMO(if the delay had anything to do with MSFT's updated dev tools)" - Yh like that has even happened in any game released for PS4/XB1 so far. It's not happening especially not in a cross-gen game. And I honestly doubt the sole reason for the delay was because of that see Wii U version/Ultimate Spiderman( Not complete apples to apples but publishers are willing to delay one version if...
Forza 5 and probably other games have already used some of the features in DX12 which is in XB1's current DX11.X api.
"Traditionally this level of efficiency was only available on console – now, Direct3D 12, even in an alpha state, brings this efficiency to PC and Phone as well. By porting their Xbox One Direct3D 11.X core rendering engine to use Direct3D 12 on PC, Turn 10 was able to bring that console-level efficiency to their PC tech demo."
"Crappy PS4 textures" - Hmmm it's an issue with texture streaming which is also present on the XB1 version.
"However, we do notice PS4 and Xbox One struggling to stream segments of the world fast enough from their hard disks, resulting in some pop-in."
"These streaming issues are especially glaring on PS4 during the Turbine Terror stage, where the blurred texture beneath our tyres fails to update until we're far past it. Pop-i...
Please tell me this is a stage demo that will be stream in good quality :).... Can't wait.
" I just hope sony does not force 1080p at loss of pixel quality, just to have higher res" - Looooool yh quality pixels. Am sorry to disappoint you but XB1 doesn't have all it's *Quality* pixels in this scene.
"This cut-scene segues directly into gameplay and appears to render at 1440x1080 on Xbox One and native 1080p on the other platforms. It appears to be an outlier though - everything else we've looked at thus far is 1080p."
