Well it's Leadbetter not too surprising basically the "balance" argument resurfacing. Given all the face offs it's funny he's trying to insinuate that the difference is down to Ubi putting more focus on the PS4 version compared to the XB1 version rather than more logical thinking of it being hardware difference given that there hasn't been full parity in any demanding titles so far with recent example like Wolfenstein, the Lego games, etc.
