Well to be fair they didn't work on these aspects of the Halo:MCC collection "1080p, 60fps, 2 separate engines" -
"All four games – developed as a collaboration between 343 Industries (user interface, online infrastructure, etc.), Saber Interactive (Halo 2 Anniversary campaign), and Certain Affinity (multiplayer) will ship on a single, $60 Blu-ray disc; the individual games will not be available as separate digital downloads. 60GB???? Don't you mean 20GB. That would be one hell of a ridiculous patch size
Well not too surprised. It's a beta with the game at least 7m+ out. 60fps, no talk about res at the announcement. Still as long as the framerate is steady and runs well at 60fps like they are saying is more important which it is in an FPS thern all is good.
Well this at least has the backing of every major publisher and the three console makers so am willing to give them the benefit of thought it should be OK at least :p
Why exactly? How is it "bogus". Once a game is gold it is supposed to be finished. Not everyone has internet to be downloading patches. In this day and age it's used by devs as a "scrapgoat" to finish a game. I mean look and recent examples like evil within and lords of the fallen. Some people will only even get to experience the "unfinished" version and it's perfectly valid for them to review it as such because the game is meant to be finished at that st...
The worst thing about it is that it literally takes less than a minute to search playready on a search engine visit MS's site and see what it is(Content delivery DRM). The motto for this is pretty obvious.
A Patent that has not actually been used. Companies file for patents all the time.
Did you read that link? They don't change their stance because they had already made it clear before. What that says and what they did was use E3 as a stage to put things clear for the people that chose to ignore their stance since Feb and to use it as a leg up against MS.
Since this is about sales this is a bit late to the party. They had won sometime ago :p
Wrong. PS4 was confirmed to not have always-online policies and support used games months before XB1's reveal. Always online was still a rumor for XB1 at that time.

And more steps in people not being able to search.
You do know Playready has existed since 2007 and Sony licensed since 2011. That's without even the fact the your comment doesn't make much sense anyway.

Trolling is getting unoriginal these days.
"nothing important here, this is just for "Most likely for multimedia applications."- Indeed it is.
"Now we are not sure whether this technology will only be limited to multimedia such as music and video or whether it will make its way across digital games as well." - Hey author let me research that for you -
"Watch and engage with more content, on any device. PlayReady supports all content types and various user scenarios for p...
"But more than likely it’s an opportunistic and proactive decision to win the “marathon” as Microsoft has called it rather than “the sprint.” - Newflash the marathon is over XB1 is never going to catch up in WW sales, it's a smaller brand than PS4 and PS4 already outsells it in almost every country both are in.
"Those revenue results have a direct relationship to video games, and it’s foolish to think otherwise." - Really now. Oh you're just trying to p...
What they need is bundles not a price cut. A price cut is silly because they lose money which they don't need to lose because the PS4 is selling on it's own without the need to attach "value" to it but obviously with moves like the $50 price cut in NA/continued free games at no extra cost MS have been doing they need be more aggressive to not be behind too much by doing good "value" bundles to compete better but a price cut is not what they should do IMO.
Not even that. This rumor is just stupid and means nothing because Tidux doesn't say anything that any other person who looked at the image couldn't figure out. Which is the announcements could come from those devs.
@u got owned
You do know the XB1 drops frames right so it's still "dynamic" albeit more stable.
MP is more important to me and both are said to have similar performance with one having superior image quality so PS4 it would be.
Why won't it be cross gen? It's a sports title it will stay cross gen for a while most likely
@KNWS
Loool sure let's forget all the "balance" articles in favor of XB1 around launch.
Really he isn't biased when you look at things.

Hmmmm.... 7.5 + 2.7 + 3.3 = 13.5m shipped. What are you on about "probably" 12m shipped when the answer is right in their finance report. https://farm8.staticflickr....
@Lukas
Well put. Not top surprising they are as usually being misleading with clickbait titles and talking nonsense tech wise. Well it least we are not having pretty contrast talk anymore :p but you would think after being proven wrong but DF on a few occasions they would leave comparison to be who have years of experience and tech to do these kind of analysis.
