I guess since you can control PS4's UI and switch it off with remote play iirc but this will need a decent connection to work well probably.

The red stuff is IR. I think it's used for player location when doing split screen iirc.
Oh damn that's pretty neat. The Multi-tasking looks like it works really well and the transition to and from the game is incredibly fast. On second thought I actually don't like the new dash the X360 one is better IMO. The tiles are too small.

Yes I know it's not the best thing to do to compare a pic vs a video. It was just an example. I wasn't comparing graphics in that just the lighting even though the gif is low res you can see it's a more realistic representation of a sunlight than the one in forza 5 which is a over glaring lens flare that can affect your driving.
The only reason forza looks better than Driveclub is the pre-baked lighting and lens flares take that away and it will looks pretty much the same to driveclub but driveclub is doing more and still has great graphics I would think for a next-gen racing sim. Forza will be the one with the realistic features. The lighting and shadows makes it feel un-realistic. I mean just look at the lens flare in this pic ---> http://i.imgur.com/of...

Why is this a question? They already have and will continue to because consoles are static and non-upgradeable by the user. Consoles are about price/performance ratio for a complete package (OS, peripherals), exclusives, ease of use/peace of mind about not worry about the hardware for some people.

He does make a good point. They could have easily done it but I guess they had to add something extra to the PS vita tv because without it PS vita tv wouldn't exist because you need a screen and we wouldn't get remote play from PS4 to any other TV. Luckily PS vita tv should be that expensive.
