Laziness.
Not greediness.
I fixed it for you.
Star Wars Sqaudrons you mean?
Ryse is not a bad game at all! Seriously Ryse was actually a great game.
It may have been weird with the blue and yellow crap highlighting enemies, but it was actually a good game.
It was enjoyable to play and the online component was really fun and was quite hard to beat even with other players helping.
I personally agree about 4.
4 actually made sense in regards to the story. The didact was incredible and the story took a deeper and more sci-fi turn and became multifaceted instead of just "stop the covenant"
That's probably because the director had a specific vision. They are lucky he and so many others wanted the same kind of adventure.
Blue point Always does a faithful and excellent job. Look at Shadow of the Colossus... that is on a whole other level. They treat the ip's they work on with love for sure.
That would be crazy. I guess we'll see soon-ish?
Seriously it's time to stop the endless rebuttals of "Xbox sucks for all the reasons under the sun cuz PS4 and 5 have more exclusives"
Playstation 5 will have more PS5 "only" titles. And they have 2 big ones out right now in June and July with TLOU 2, and Ghost of Tsushima.
And nothing about that makes me go OOOH EMMMM GEEEE!! The PS5 is the Jesus christ of Nazareth for gaming and Xbox is pure Satan! Xbox is going to ruin my salvation!
Xbox saves us money if we just wanna play with our old controllers from time to time, or our old headsets etc. Like when you have a friend over for the quick co-op jam, now you don't have to drop extra dough just to play 2 player, if you already have and xbox 1 controller, then you are all set.
Sony did something similar with PSVR, and I am glad the old headsets will work on PS5. If the new PS5 controller is actually a game changing controller then great! I have a feeling it will...
Thank you, I was worried that I would be the only one who noticed or that I'd get crucified for pointing out the face animations look really off. Like uncomfortably Wonky from some angles. Not that these animations can't improve as time goes on, they totally could get polished up before release. And it's not like the animations break the whole game... For a Semi-Recent example, Mass Effect Andromeda's facial animations were creepy and downright garbage buckets in some shots, B...
The Tflops have been talked about for the power and ability to give series X better performance... not just "gfx" like you are saying. I think the time will come when 1st party Devs for PS5 and Series X may shock us with what they can do about 3 or 4 years down the line. Perhaps sooner? But still, nothing so far screams "next gen" for me as far as graphics. But the fact these consoles will perform like a very high end PC for a fraction of the cost, and last me a whole gene...
I swear I have also heard things like rumors of a pro version or something...
I hope so!
Xbox currently has the most studios and arguably the best level of talent and diverse developers they have ever had since entering the Industry.
This is not an opinion. The fact is, they now have the biggest and most robust set of studios and teams and projects that they've EVER HAD. Ever.
So now that they are actually getting more involved in the game creation scene, you say games are on the way out? Games are on the way IN dude.
And their f...
They did spend like 7 years getting it to this point. I say they may as well let us just enjoy the nice UI we currently have for a bit.
Agreed. Why fix what you spent 7 years making perfect? It's excellent at this point. Maybe Series X will have little quirks to set it apart.
Either way, xbox's UI is great for now.
Onto the Games!
Game development has been changing and evolving every day in unforeseen ways. You have no proof that any game from MS (the kind of game that shows what a system can really do according to most people on this site) will hold back a Series X version whatsoever.
If xbox game studios is capable of the software and emulation wizardry needed to implement Xbox One X enhancements on the level they did with backward compatible titles, AND if they are striving to provide Ray tracing ...
Sure it looked cool, but did that actually seem fun to play thru?
A section like that looks like it is on rails and probably likely that each blip is more like a titanfall 2 platformer version of "don't die while craziness happens" that doesn't seem like the future of gaming. Seems More like a fun moment or two.
Mixer lets us go much higher than that
Frostbite has been great for the Battlefront titles
Did they really pay for exclusivity?
Or did capcom just not care to implement it on PC?
