San Andreas had a lot of open empty spaces that were just useless, and so Rockstar decided to make it smaller but more packed (might be because of 360 dvd9). I think that was a good idea but they should have had way more buildings and stores that you should be able to enter. I remember walking the times square area and some of the stores were just templates and such. looked last gen. Either way, what this game is lacking is a great mystery to me. i also felt like it was just boring in a ...
Who the hell thinks what I am saying is wrong? They were great games, they had poor sales, and therefore I think Sega will not pursue another sequel, at least not in America. It might be popular in Japan.
Though they were great games, they suffered on the market. I doubt Sega is willing to make another one.
Jump in. Run out. Get caught. Don't drop the soap.
How can you kill your friend. What provokes you to kill him? Did he say, "Dude, you suck at COD."? Did he say, "Dude, you are a noob."? or more commonly, "Dude, I had sex with your mother last night."? That third one might do it.
on a more morbid note, jack thompson is gonna go on Fox News tomorrow and go, "Aha!!!. I told you so, I told you so." The prick.
Really, bring your points and I'll debate them. And please, stop bringing your Ten dollar Benjamin franklin maxims to the party; they don't make you sound smarter, rather, they make you sound like a hack.
All that matters in the MP is the fun factor, and in that case, warhawk probably matches Halo 3's MP. Killzone 2 has different controls that might turn some people off, but if you just play the game for an hour you will get used to that kind of stuff. Plus, Killzone 2's single player is good in terms of story. It's a little thin, but it doesn't play the same plot twist game that halo does. It tells a straightforward story about a war, kinda like Saving Private Ryan
You make it seem like you only make a couple of innocent observations from time to time. You are a F A N B O Y. There's a difference between being a fan of the PS3 and being a fanboy. I, personally, prefer the PS3. I think it is a better investment, but I don't go around bashing the 360 with every virtual breath I take, unlike you. Your observations are based on personal experiences, but you generalize them and assume everyone has experienced the same problems as you. Keyword, everyone....
Don't try to reason your way out of this one. You can't hide what you have written. You have written a string of about thirty comments that do nothing but praise the PS3 and bash the 360. My point with my post was to exclaim that yes, regardless of how humbly you speak about "preferences," you are indeed a fanmale (<--- does that sit well with you apocalypse?). If you "prefer" one thing over another, then you should try avoiding the other. Like, I prefer sleeping o...
No, you're wrong. I love the PS3, and I loved the first and Second Metal Gear Solid games, but even then I was hoping that the storyline would change into something different, and it didn't. MGS4's storyline is so familiarly structured that there are no new surprises. And on top of that, there's just not enough gameplay. There are a whole lot of features like weapons customization, but there's not enough time in the game to actually take advantage of that.
I don't particularl...
Fuel might be good, and I stress the word might. I never call a game crap until I read the reviews. That's just how the world should work, you damn pessimists. A lot of the people on here bashing the lineup are just fanboys from another console (which will go unnamed because it's not the console's fault).
Plus, whoever said Fuel will have 5,000 miles, squared of area with no loading times is a dumbass. Just really, really dumb. Like "the bottom of my shoe" dumb. ...
As an ethical virtual murderer, I vowed to never teabag anyone in halo3. I think so far I have kept to my word, although from time to time players will teabag me and I just wish I had the power to magically jump out of their screen with a baseball bat. Teabag this!!!
Sony fanboys seem to think that Xbox 360 owners only defend Xbox 360 because they don't own a PS3. That's bull, man. I don't own a PS3 and I think both consoles are great; obviously the PS3 is leaping forward and the 360 is concentrated on community, but they're both great consoles. If I got a PS3, which I am going to buy, it isn't going to make me feel different about my Xbox. I will defend both because they both have games that I like and features that I enjoy.
@ Solidjun ...
I don't like to call people fanboys unless I am sure, so after checking out Darkride66's last 30 or so comments, it seems the 35 year old father or two (consoles, that is)has been spreading FUD about the 360 for nearly all of them, ranging from Microsoft profits to 360 JRPG sales to how many awards fable 2 and gears 2 haven't gotten to how many consoles he's had replaced (for free, still complaining like a mofo). And I'm not sure he wrote this article, but he did place an alternate link to i...
Newell, I think deserves to be on that list. I would have made the list up to ten or fifteen just to fit him in (<---- see what I did there?). The guy completely bashed the PS3 just because he doesn't know how to use it well. What a douche.
I might get disagrees about Kojima, but I seriously think he is a douche. In every photo he is in he has this carefully poised, thoughtful look like he's a genius or something. The plot of the Metal Gear series is like a perpetual 7 ye...
I wanted to get a DC because of the commercials when I was younger. Remember all the game characters standing around inside the DC? I saw one day they were selling Dreamcasts at Sears for 99 bucks. I was nine years old then. It was either 1999 or 2000. Sadly, I did not get it, and so I do not have the fond memories of it as you guys do. Still, if Sega ever decides to try and make a comeback into the market, I bet a lot of people would buy it just for the sake of nostalgia. Sega wouldn'...
how bout they make a sequel to Shadow of the Colossus with more characters and stuff. As I recall, the first looks awesome already. Some of the best particle effects I have ever seen, even including this gen, is in that PS2 title. Imagine what they could do.
I joke I joke. I even hope that FFXIII versus will use deferred shading, but that's a stretch. What really matters is the story. The last FF versus game still makes me cringe when I think about it.
I mean, I assume that most of us would sit in front of our webcam and talk about news in an unenthusiastic tone, simply because that's how most nerds behave. But HHG at least shows true energy and excitement about the things he is talking about. I mean, he talks like he's a legit OG but so what? A lot of people watch his stuff and then come over here to talk about it, so I guess he's doing something right. Either way, a lot of the info he gives is not really news to us, rather just a reas...
The French always sound like they're insulting someone when they speak.
On another note, the graphics in this game look very unimpressive. No offense, I thought this was gonna be a really good looking game but the visuals are somewhat bland. GTA IV looked better than this. I think maybe infamous will have a better story but as it is an exclusive I was hoping it would use more of the PS3's power.
