I believe it is possible to establish a storyline before,during of after the first 3 games and it does not have to be "fight the reapers" kind of story.
and I believe they would avoid a story after the reaper invasion and have a story which occur during Shepard story, just like how Dragon Age 2 started during Dragon Age Origin storyline (and went beyond in late chapters)

FYI console players, previous COD games were horrible on PC and worse than Console. That is due to low resolution graphics which is upscaled on your TVs and when that is shown natively on your pc monitor... it pisses you really off

OK I admit my comment isn't correct. I was referring to the general tablet/phone games. Things like letter arrangement games, poker or tic tac toc can not fall into our definition of gaming. People say iOS is a competitor to consoles and PC but that is certainly wrong because these data are collected based on different kind of gamers. I would never consider tablet/phones as gaming platforms! A 4-year old on angrybirds or a cat playing that flies hitting game is hardly comparable to PC Gaming.

You make valid point but still, why would someone leave at his prime moment? He just went on stage to showcase XBOX ONE Vision and suddenly leaves for ZYNGA? It would make more sense if he waited until launch, and MS secured a replacement before his retirement. But in reality MS did a restructuring to their divisions and the new head of XBOX was not announced at the time of his leave.
Obviously "timing" here is not a coincidence.
I assume he was shown way out politely. Why would MS accept his leave AFTER a big reveal and BEFORE the launch date?? Also MS had to re-evaluate and re-organize their divisions. This is obviously a bad sign as this was done quickly after the reveal with instruction from MS Top Boss Ballmer.
