And let's be honest here, how many people is this really going to inconvenience? Yeah there's a ton of us hardcore fans on the internet but there's what, like 28 million or more PS3 "Phat" users out there and I'd hazard a guess that there's a miniscule percentage of those people that actually use the feature meaning Sony...
This is why I bought L4D2 on my PC rather than my 360, well one of the reasons....I had more friends getting in on PC and I just prefer it on PC in general.
Better quality of online play and custom maps etc. is also a massive factor in these things.
But the Sense UI is so awesome that I can get by without it. I know tey will eventually update it but until then I'm a happy user.

I can't say I care for the co-op DLC for DI tbh, I've still yet to finish the game and I will but for me there is nothing in the genre that comes remotely close to Kratos' epic battle against the Gods and Titans on Mount Olympus.
I've got used to it being on a Thursday tbh, had no problem with it really.
Getting DLC you're looking forward to a bit earlier though is a good thing, hopefully it doesn't mean more DLC releases miss their deadline and get pushed back a week even more than it does at the moment.
Yeah for core FPS players PC is much better but as I said in another post, FPS is still ok on consoles, the controls of course aren't as good but I've loved quite a few console shooters.
MMO's though there's no argument there, PC is the place to play MMO's
It's a good thing though, if the Natal showing is streamed I'll probably watch that but my main interest will be the Sony and MS press conferences.
E3 this year should be very exciting for all us gamers.

My current gaming rig is a bit over 3 years old now and it can handle pretty much everything thrown at it on almost top/top settings depending on the game.
Build a PC that's powerful now and it will last you a few years, only upgrades I've actually made is adding more RAM and upgrading OS to Windows 7 (student discount version ftw!).

If anyone trying to sell me anything said something like this I'd start by questioning them, shutting them down and then going to buy whatever it is somewhere else. Whether it be a TV, console, mp3 player or whatever else.
Sony in particular get grief in the press for having "so many" different PS3 SKU's and for revamping the PSP every so often yet Nintendo seem to release a new version of the DS every year or 18 months yet get a free pass? I realise each iteration of the DS sells incredibly well and is comercially successful in units sold buthow come the negative press never goes the way of Nintendo in the same respect?

These are the same games that were released in 2005 and 2007 just with reworked graphics and trophies. Surely it shouldn't have taken this long?

First of all, Batman: Arkham Asylum is an awesome game, a really awesome game and it deserved every nomination it got and any awards it got too.
However for me, Uncharted 2 was simply head and shoulders above anything else released in the last few years and it's only real competitor has been God Of War 3.
Although I'd just like to say again Batmas is indeed a great game, currently installed on my PC and I'll be having another go at it once I get through GOW3 a couple...

Nokia still lead the way in hardware and Symbian still leads the way in the mobile OS world.
However I would agree that if Apple and the iPhone continue their momentum then they will likely topple Symbian, they still need to sell a lot of hardware though to take over Nokia but I think they are making inroads there too.
Personally for me I went with an Android phone because the iPhone hasn't done anything new compared to the original version which didn't entice me in ...
