I forgot to mention, my interface doesn't look like the one pictured in the article which clearly has a subscription tab.

Only thing I dislike about this is that I can't seem to access my subscriptions on youtube.com/tv unless of course I'm completely blind and missing it?
A good friend of mine I've gamed with online for a few years was going on at me for months to buy the game and try it. I finally did and I'm almost ashamed I didn't buy it sooner.
Fantastic game in every possible aspect and I'm really looking forward to the sequel.
Oh and Lon3wolf, if 360 came up with something like this that was exclusive to the console, I'd probably be convinced to buy one.
GOTY is a decent concept and there is no reason game development companies/publishers shouldn't be recognised for their work. It's no different to the VMA's or Oscars for those respective industries.
The problem is the GOTY concept is used as a tool/weapon in the fanboy war much like review scores and sales figures which kind of ruins the appeal of the whole thing for me.
I think it will be worth it. The games graphics don't need mentioning and from the MP vidos we've seen along with the testimonies of those in the beta, it's primed to be one hell of a game. The SP looks ike it'll be solid because of the backstory to the KZ world.
Feb 27th can't come soon enough imo.

I'm going to have to agree with the hippo and give him a bubble just for basic common sense with the comment about the 360. I might not be a fan of how MS conduct themselves in the console "war" but to think they won't shift hardware is silly, especially if a game the VAST majority of people have never heard of anyway doesn't get released.

Great read, game sounds like it's going to be awesome. Normally I don't like to judge too much before playing or seeing a decent amount of gameplay but I highly doubt ND could screw up the sequel of what was such a great game.
If they pull off the improvements successfully (which I have no doubt they will) then this will easily be one of the best games this year. The first one was fantastic from the story to the characters to the actual gameplay and ofc the visual quality of the game.
It is kind of ridiculous that this still isn't on the EU store but I think a lot of people have probably just went and got it from the US store by now, at least the hardcore SF contingent.
I don't see this game selling at all well on the EU store with the immminent release of SF4.
Capcom dropped the ball with HD Remix in more ways than one.
I never considered Sony's numbers to be 17m separate users or even anywhere close to it. I have 2 PSN accounts, one for Euro and one for the US. The only reason for that is because of the differing content in the PS store and I know others will have one for each different territory like Japan and stuff.

Not sure what you're on about in regards to the load time.
The guy explicitly says the load times for the 360 and PS3 are the same and that you can shave off a sliver by installing the game and even if you do have to install it for there to be an identical load time, the guy said a sliver of time shaved off so there isn't any point giving thought to load times here.

I don't want to read any though tbh, I want to play the game and experience everything for myself without any kind of spoilers that might be in a review no matter how minor they might be.

I'd settle for a similar kind of gameplay tbh, or even similar to that of DMC....Bayonetta looks interesting but it's multi-plat I believe.
There will be plenty more to keep us busy both exclusive and multi-plat until GOW3 is released.
Also agree about Santa Monica taking their time and making it awesome, as long as I get a kick ass game I'm not fussed if they take their sweet time.

I feel ashamed I missed the original God of War games when they were first released on PS2. I bought a PSP, got Chains of Olympus with it and loved it so dusted off my PS2 and bought both PS2 games and GoW is possibly my favourite franchise ever just for sheer story and gameplay. Absolutely cannot wait until the 3rd one is released.
Another thing, I'm not a 360 owner and as much as I like shooters I've not yet been tempted to buy a 360 for it's sho...
I can't actually remember the last time I bought a used game, I've traded a fair few in recently but I don't like buying used games. Not because of giving devs support but because I simply don't like 2nd hand merchandise of any sort. I'm mentally unable to buy 2nd hand lol.
