Unlike most of that ridiculous list of devices you posted up, this is true AR. Not some gimmick.
I mean NASA had enough interest to want to send them up to ISS. But yes, Google glass is also AR and I hope they bring out new iterations of their technology.
Which leads back to my point made, we need more major corporations to create other AR devices for the sake of competition and advancement.
So are you upset that I emphasized Microsoft or ...

Why would that seem ridiculous to you? It's only common sense for anything new.
If you're rich go ahead buy it. If not, don't bother the next 2-3 years. Point is the future has begun and it'll take time for it to mature. So no dbout FOV will incrase in future iterations. Just wish more companies would implement their own to compete and further the technology faster.
You approved this just so we can read your comment? ....LOL!
Point is their service that gamers pay for is not doing too good in comparison to the competition. Last-gen was the talk of why you should pay for console service and it was potentially for better security and stable platform. None of that has improved from last-gen for Playstation.
So yes you're correct on one point. But you're obviously damage controlling the others. Even with 5mb speeds w...
@Cindy-fella
I think most of those articles are talking about after the holiday and only in US. Xbox is like a mere million away in sells? So it seems likely. Kind of too early. But yeah Sony still looks strong. I wish we could see the NPD numbers and see how close it is.
Hey you're not allowed to be friendly. You have to be spineless like them. So play fair. ;D
Also, congratulations Sony! Don't own a Ps4 yet but I will get my paws on one near Uncharted release. Probably an Uncharted theme console? Oh yeah.
Hey Microsoft has the numbers and they know it too. Whoever is making this choice will either be promoted or fired. ;D

You're trying very hard at undstating the Xbox lineup emphasizing too much on "ports" and F2Ps as if that's the main point. Point is Halo 5, Forza 6 and Tomb Raider alone are huge titles that will drive console sells on themselves and further surrounding those titles in the next 6 months are a true remaster of a game in Gears: UE and worthwhile release of Rare's pastime.
So the Xbox lineup is indeed great that meets the needs for ev...
If anything that is detrimental to gaming today is not what Microsoft was trying to do with DRM but these lame articles along with the media bias. Now some may accuse me of talking crazy, but it's been long enough to clearly see the bias. Not with this article but with many from major gaming media outlets downplaying this BC feature.
It sucks when there are more positive than negative and all you hear is bias perspectives trying their hardest to down it. I'm playing s...
Exactly they pretty much have the same interest. RPGs, shooters and MOBAs. But if you guys notice with Scalebound, Quantum Break and Crackdown they're all non US studios. Crackdown developers from Scotland I think, Quantum Break from Finland and Scalebound from Japan. I think most of the games there will be for developers from there. Just a thought. ;D
Yup, great time to own an Xbox. It's cheap and has ton of high quality games for the rest of the year. Also I have feeling they will surprise us with Recore. Phil said they're playing it already. Plus new IPs?! Wow I wonder what else they have in store. Can't wait!
@Foxtrot
Obviously his gone rogue now so he doesn't have the usual help. It only makes sense why he needs the help. Especially with the recent lore hinting to a new enemy.
@Bloodborn
One day, .....
Even as a Halo fan myself, this outspoken outrage is just that, loud people shouting like babies. I was kind of downed by the news but then began to see the game for what it is today and what 343 are trying to deliver, no doub...
@Heavy
Even that term is irrelevant now, Uncharted is a "dudebro game" because I know dudes and bros that play it. ;D
There really isn't any dissing, it's just gamers are talking more about what Microsoft is offering in comparison to Sony this year and it's obvious fact when you have titles like Halo 5 and Tomb Raider those are titles that actually drive gamers to buy a console for. If Uncharted was launching this year everyone will be h...
"Exclusive games" is too general of a term, "big title" exclusive is what everyone is making a "big" deal out of. That's the point your missing and why you waste away trying to disapprove of this fact.
Point is after E3 XOne owners WILL be playing the games they bought an XOne for. That's why you buy a console for, ..games! Is it not? Or do you have an excuse why big titles games don't matter anymore.
The recent GT went totally unoticed, like they handled it terribly. If anything that explain this debalce is over promised and under delivered. Simple.
It's all about the their exclusive games and for me it's Xbox. Horizon Zero Dawn has my interest but unfortunately that was only one and will indeed want to hear more on it, same thing for Recore. But overall for me Microsoft indeed won, not because of BC games but Halo and Gears looked Awesome and I'm a preview member and about to experience the brand new UI.
Even as an opinion he is pretty spot on. Some people actually claimed Sony won because of Final Fantasy 7, fact is it's coming to other platforms. Only thing that caught my interest was Horizon, but that was one IP and still need to know more about it.
Downloading right now, I had a feeling they would do this any time soon since they were giving out free season pass a few months back. VALUE!!
Can't wait I can just feel it! Something special is happening tomorrow gamers, happy E3!! :D
@Ron_dAnger
Totally different managments now. We can all see Microsoft is on a different page now and more focus.
So as I stated tons of applications so far in other industries with Hololens. Different technology from Kinect. Kinect was solely for gaming and came exclusive on Xbox. So I'm only speaking in terms of Hololens it'self.
Microsoft is a huge corporation and I think objectively Hololens is going to be a unique and competent d...
