It'll be HUGE for game artists if anything. They will be able to scale and trasition exactly what they're working on from PC to Xbox. But most of all it's going to be huge for PC and smaller studios for apps.
I believe they've done more than show us games, they've delivered. Probably it's just that your whole point of view on game is subjective, because I've enjoyed mines so far.

Yup, that's what trends down here ...

At the bobbleheads above posting CBOAT of NeoGaf's numbers are a stark reminds NEVER take their rumors as facts. 7-10k is WRONG! More like a couple hundred thousands. The lies and sheeple rumors are ridiculous on this site.
Also these numbers trump all of the previous summer NPDs, take that into consideration be awed at how price really makes a big deal, NOT us keyboard warriors, lol! xDDD
Black Tusk barely started on Gears, before that they were kinda up there looking for projects to work on. If anything Halo would be on the same time scale as Uncharted and why both have somwhat gameplays of either.
Yup "everyone" is going to enjoy Hellblade. Can't wait for episdoe One, but what are they further going to reveal ...hmmmm
^^^
I beleive all engines are next-gen and that would be subjective anyways. Also, this does not prove anything of power from PS4 because it showcases more of the skills of the developers. So it's kinda sad fanboys and media will rund with these ignorant statement and show less love for the studios than the platform. Because if we were to make a more relevant point, imagine how much better it would look on PC and how much more the developers would be capable of doing.

And you have that many bubbles?!
That's a deal right there. If you're a gamer, you wouldn't hesitate.
Yes, imagine when Dx12 release. I here it has a lot to do with porting and allowing game artists to develop an actual scene of how it would be on PC ...scaled though, not PC graphics on XOne mind you. Point is with less mishaps as it would be on previous APIs.
I think it's as simple as anything. Microsoft want's to publish a version of Rise of The Tomb Raider on the Xbox that is slightly different from other future version of it. Probably something similar to The Division and cloud computing based? Who knows, but that is the only thing you can think of otherwise what is the point, right?
I mean it's clear there full backing of development and market exclusive only for Xbox.
No, the free version. Seriously where is it?!
^^^
I'd say Microsfot is already doing something like that. With Windows 10 and Dx12, if porting is that easy and what they claim Dx12 will help game artists focus more on game developement then technicals, I'd say Microsoft is doing something special. I mean it only makes sense since this is their field they specialize in. Also so far many develoeprs and engine developers are touting Dx12 to be a major tool for game development.
The ps2 was the best...
The gameplay was very amazing, and they did a great job of setting it up the way it did. Sony has done this a couple of times with gameplay trailers and underdilivered somewhat, but I'm sure gameplay won't be far from what was shown. TLOU has influenced the gameplay. However the graphics looks like a typical transition from last-gen to now to be honest, but the scale is more refined and details are apparent compared to previous titles in the series.
Finished the test earlier. Yest the game is really good in my opinion. Took 30mins just to pass the medium area, lol! Took a while to experiment with the instruments and like how they kinds just let you figure it out. The story seems real good, the console's AI was interesting and funny. And that voice?! lol
I've noticed I'll have to start watching what I post and be a bit more pro Sony in order for me to get thumbs up. I love thubs up system, it's growing on me. ;D
Title should have been 5 reasons Ubisoft should make more money by overextending themselve and gimping their launches. What was the reason for this article anyways? As if it explained to us anything we don't know arleady, lol!
It seemed like a last-gen generic game. But the graphics looks dark and amazing. Just my opinion I'm more into game design, that's why would favor Bloodborne over this as a sure buy. But some will buy both anyways.
Yes, this puzzler game looks promising. About to try the Steam public test.
Phil Spencer is right that Pachter doesn't know anything about their unannounced titles 2015. But Pachter is right in looking at the current line-up where PS4 has more exclusives, ....but who can't with a brain find that out? xDDD
Point is if Horizon 2 and Halo: MCC is an indication, Microsoft has some tricks up it's sleeve because if anything those two announcements before E3 was a huge surprise and that's when they started recieving less flak with Kinect bei...
