It would be dumb not to release the Vita version in the west. Its already being localized on PS4, it would take little effort to put it on the Vita.

BUT, this had to have been planned ahead of time. They have animation and voice work for the entire scene, specifically for it ,in fact.
I'm not sure what the turn around would be to have this developed and put into the game but it couldn't be quick.

I was hoping for alot of different outfits like armors with buffs and such. I can just smell that more outfits are coming as paid dlc. :/
The Vita sold 4 million units, in JAPAN alone. It about 10 world wide at this point. Cant confirm but i do know it was at over 8 million about a year ago.
We get it, you don't like the Vita, but a lot of us still play it regularly and still buy games to this day and into the future.
Its not 3ds numbers but you comparing the Vita to the NGage is just...how do i do this nicely...not correct.

Usually, large patches like this that arent said to be actual content are just replacing assets and audio that are already in the game with and updated set of those with the fixes. Sometimes you can't just patch things directly.
How many times must a broken record be played before it turns to dust?

Just have it downloading in the background while playing then when it finishes, install it. You don't have to play without it completely.
No prob. Lionheart edition seems worth it. ;)
