Even if the gameplay is as much of a grind as the first review claimed I think I have to get this, just for the beautiful art design.

I've got a ton of 'good gameplay' games to finish anyway, I'm just bored of them because it's always the same old unimaginative Hollywood popcorn macho bullshit world they take me into. I need something like this to cleanse the pallet.

Okay, thanks. Turns out my only problem was being dumb enough to think it was the 4th today.

I would agree with you but please let's just wait until they do zombies right one single time before we move on. There are hundreds of 'zombie' games out there but none for real zombie nerds like myself who grew up on early George Romero films.

Not that I'm saying this game will do the zombie thing correctly. Quite the opposite, I'll probably still get it though provided there's an option to turn off all the HUD clutter and the stupid XP indicators that ...

So the Sony one is at 1.00am on Wednesday morning?? I'm getting a bit confused by it being listed under the 6th of June with (Next day) next to it when the listing for the 7th of June are right below it.

Dammit, no score for Alice - Madness returns?? I'm really desperate to hear more about that game since the first awful review. I need to know if it's average at least, if it is I'm buying it just for the art direction but if every other review is as damning as the first I might save my money.

Should be retitled, 'Some dude likes Zelda a lot'.

"There's something very wrong with a detective games that actually requires you to accuse the wrong guy numerous times."

For the sake of clarity, I should phrase that as, 'There's something very wrong with a detective game that actually requires (or even forces) you to accuse the wrong people on numerous different occasions'.

I wasn't as blown away as some others were by their previous games (though I appreciated what they were going for) but this one looks amazing to me.

Weird, I think it's a deeply deeply flawed game but for completely different reasons. I think, even if they are trying to create a wholly new type of game experience it should be created for people who have actually put the time in to learn the basics of playing videogames. Just like a good book assumes you have a decent knowledge of the nuances of language. Blaming a game for your 60-something mother's inability to play it is like blaming the work of George Orwell because your thirte...

I really need to see some more reviews for this game. If it gets an average of anything from 7 and up I'm picking it up but I'll probably pass if the rest of the reviews are as damning as the first one.

To pre-emptively counter a comment I just know is coming, yes I know reviews are just opinions and I do like to make up my own mind but listening to the opinions of others often helps one make up one's own mind. Otherwise you'd just be swinging in the dark and mak...

Wait... so does this mean we all get the free psx games and the full game trials? Since they said we'd get a full month of psn-plus and those things are free for psn-plus members??

I think this article overdoes it a bit. Complaining that Chloe from Uncharted 2 is a stereotype used to show just how fickle and manipulative women are, then what about Elena? What about the uh, the British fella?? Complaining that Jack from Mass effect is a stereotype that spouts 'tough girl' cliches as if all the male characters in that franchise aren't ridiculous cliche spouting stereotypes.

Forgetting about Faith from Mirror's edge and Chell from Portal becau...

The thing that worries me about this game is that it looks far more like a Mass effect type game than Deus ex. It looks less open and free and more like a guided experience that gives you a few preset ways to go about doing basically the same thing.

Also, I'd rather the human characters didn't look like they were wearing rubber duck masks but oh well, I still hope it turns out good.

While you're making some good arguments for becoming a PC gamer you actually ARE a better argument for not being one.

I hate the music they're using to advertise this thing, makes me worry they're moving away from the original swashbuckling adventure type feel of the game and trying to cater more to the dumb Internet COD kids. Still though, it looks good in all.

I just want the team ICO collection. I need it. I never played ICO and I never completed SOTC but man, I just need that collection. It was difficult waiting for the thing when I thought it'd be out in May of this year, now it's coming out in '???' it's killing me. There are games I want to play but the only games I really ache for like I used to when I was a kid are the ICO collection and this. I just need the collection to help me wait for this.

Normally I would disagree since I love the silent protagonists in Valve's games, they allow me to feel like I'm making my own witty one liners. Normally I WOULD disagree but... something.... something about your avatar... would disagree but... king of the potato people... won't let me.

Both of those things do suck individually but ironically if you do both it becomes quite a fun and challenging game.
