Was hoping for some insightful look into hidden gems from this article, but these are literally just the games on the first and second page you get if you sorted by user review in steam for the under 5$ page.
Yup, steam fanboys don't think of steam as a store, they think of it as what PC gaming is, they will not consider any other store no matter how much it tries to please them. GOG tried to do all it could to be competitive and put the user first, and all they got from that is financial troubles and staff layoffs.
Forcing them to use another store is the only way to succeed, nothing else will work no matter how much they cried.
